Terrible. The owner will not allow PRs or heavy lifting if it means someone were to drop the dumbbells. This should not be a paying customers problem just because the owner could not afford to have a gym downstairs instead of above other businesses. If you aren’t allowed to move heavy weight, save your money and find another location. Downtown Pensacola anytime is a joke

This gym is excellent. The people here are kind and the equipment is decent. It sure beats having to buy a treadmill at home and maintain it. Whenever you buy the gym membership here, think about all of the equipment at home that you would have to store/maintain/service/repair out of pocket. This is 100 times better. In response to the earlier reviewer (there was a person that visited the West Pensacola one that also went to this one) saying that they had their child with them in the gym. Even if a child has 100% adult supervision, a gym is a place with many ways for a child to easily get injured without the fault of anyone. For example, you fill up your water bottle and then the child somehow gets their hand caught in between the cables/weights on the machine. If I were a parent, I would not want a child at the gym with me. Would never forgive myself if some unforeseen accident happened that ended up causing the child to be permanently injured for life. Again, not the gym's fault. Children are children. They should not be in an area where there are many ways that they could be injured. This has nothing to do with liking or disliking someone as a person. What if the child were to somehow step on a moving treadmill and then get skinned up on their elbows/chin? How do I know this? I was a child once (around treadmills). Again, gyms are for adults. An indoor playground with soft foam blocks and cushioned rails is more suitable for children. Not a gym. If I were the gym owner, I would rather have a parent dislike me because I prevented their child from even remotely being prone to an injury vs allowing the child in and then having 911 called unnecessarily over something that never needed to happen in the first place. Thank you!

Joined a month ago . Florida Blue Silver Sneakers pays for my membership. I can go on my schedule 24/7 and I love the feeling of getting healthier and stronger. They have all of the equipment you would ever want and all the best facilities. I ride my bike to get there frequently and I love that it’s on the second floor. I take it up the elevator and my bike is safe while I’m there.???

Almost never leave negative reviews, however, recently moved to area, came in to try the gym out. Owner was rude and not willing to let me work out for even one day because I wasn’t ready to sign a year contract. Poor business

I currently live in Dubai and am here visiting family in Pensacola. Went to enquire about any type of short-term deals since the gym is right around the corner from my AirBnB. Met the owner, explained my situation and was promptly told "I don't do short terms". He didn't try to offer any other options such as day pass or anything of the sort. He did suggest a couple of gyms that might do something that would suit short term. Although I have to respect the owners decision to not do any short terms, but logically it doesn't make sense to me. You would think a gym owner would welcome someone who wants to work out (even while on vacation). I found another gym that welcomed me with no problem. I actually just ended up purchasing a 1 month membership with them despite me only needing 2 weeks. I did this because of their kindness and me wanting to support a local gym. I was very disappointed with the owners choice to not be open enough to allow me to use his facilities. Price was not an issue.

My wife and I love this gym! The facility is clean with good ventilation, lighting, and lots of windows. The equipment is top notch and there is plenty of it. A spacious locker room allows for a quick change. Couldn't be happier! The owner can be quite proud of this facility.
