Let me tell you a story. I decided for valentines and my wife's birthday to do something we have been wanting to do for awhile and buy a master bedroom suite. You see my entire adult life was spent in the army where we could not afford hardly anything due to penny' s I made while serving. So the current bedroom suite we had was pieced together from whatever we could afford over the years nothing matched wee just made due. I get on Ashley Furniture website and my wife and I look over king bedroom suites and it all looks great in the pics. I spend 3000.00 and we can not wait for our bedroom suite to be delivered. A week later that day comes. Now I had break down our current bedroom suite and move it out as we so not have room for both. The first problem upon delivery is when the guy went to take the footboard off the truck and said hey that does not look right. They open the box and find the foot board snapped in half. He gets on phone and is told they can have another to me in 4 to 6 weeks. Mind you I currently have nothing in my bedroom due to preparing for this delivery. The next problem came when we tried to open up the boxes for the dresser, chest of drawers, and 2 night stands. This stuff is cheap cardboard glued together. Needless to say my first buying experience and not only was I upset about not having a bed, but now I feel ripped off for the amount of money I paid for fancy looking cardboard. I will never buy from here again. Considering it took me this long in my life to buy for the first time I probably will not get the opportunity to buy a bedroom suite again. If you are looking for furniture find good quality furniture somewhere. But this is not the place.
