DO NOT buy their crap furniture. Purchased leather ottoman in August 2025 and leather has developed unsightly swirling pattern on top. Contacted customer service, sent pictures to find out Ashley considers this wear and tear. That's $600 down the toilet in 4 months. Crap products sold by a crap company with crap customer service.

2 stars because the sales person was very nice. Everything after that was an absolute mess. They were supposed to deliver the couch in 2 sections, one of the sections they broke on their way in, splitting the frame in half. 3 weeks later we still have no definite time for when they can deliver the other half. I contacted customer support and told them i want the $200 delivery fee refunded, we have been living with half a couch and would have never bought if we knew this was such an issue. They countered by offering a $100 gift card to their store. Nothing at that store costs 100. So youre giving us useless money unless we come spend more at your store for another shitty delivery experience. Just avoid this place, pay a few more bucks at rooms to go for a quality experience where you can trust youll get your items in one piece.
Update: 2 months later they are still promising to send the giftcard. Literally scam customer service.

I visited Ashley Outlet on July 6th, 2025, and Arthur helped us that day. I took a while to write this review, but I really wanted to leave my comment. He was kind, patient, and truly cared about helping us find what we needed. I highly recommend asking for Arthur his great service makes all the difference. Thank you for your excellent attention!

What can I say more about Ashley Outlet’s superb salesperson, Mike?! Hey listen, his greeting was casually professional and never pushy at all. He took the time to explain current sales and promotions. As I was walking the floor, he intuitively knew when to walk over to me and provide details of each sofa set I was looking at. And again, there was no pressure, just “Mr. Richard, I’m right here if you need anything else.” In and out in less than 20 minutes. I’ve waited longer at McDonald’s!! Cmon now!! Give Mike a raise or recognition for a job well done making me feel valued and important. And this is not AI generated compliment. Straight from my heart! Thank you Mike for your top shelf customer service and subject matter expertise, 100%!!!

I purchased a loveseat and couch 2/2024 and was told (encouraged) to buy into the extended warranty. I was told by the salesman I would get the money back if I didn't use it. B.S! Don't fall for this scam because you do NOT get your money back, you get store credit. I couldn't imagine buying another piece of junk from Ashley.
The company they use for warranty and a called Guardian and OMG, good luck trying to get them to come out and fix something! Absolutely deplorable customer no-service.
The furniture I purchased is so not worth the $ or headache. Expensive lesson learned.

Ordered a television console, salesman said store would recieve it in 2 weeks. Been over 2 weeks so we called to check, now they are saying it won't be in till 1st of Nov... 2 weeks turns into 2 months, I dont think so. Called but nobody seemed to be too concerned or willing to address the issue. So we will cancel and buy from someone who can actually deliver on time.

James at the outlet and Robert at the Home Store in Pensacola FL. Excellent customer service. Very helpful, listened to what we wanted. Robert at the Home Store was not able to help us but sent us to James at the outlet. We have purchased from both the Home Store and the outlet in the past. James met with us listened showed and delivery will be in two weeks.
