Fantastic setting of my crown. It fit so well i couldn’t believe it was a crown instead of my real tooth! This team has the “other Aspen dental office” I came from beat, hands down. I should have moved to this office two years ago when that other Aspen dental office couldn’t manage to get my crown done.

Absolutely phenomenal! I came in in terrible pain. They didn't skip a beat got me seen immediately. The front desk staff all the way to the dentists herself where helpful, warm and caring. By far the best dental experience I've ever had

I was impressed with the staff and doctor. Was absolutely not impressed with the pricing. I'm on a fixed income and asked about options. They were nice enough to offer 30% financing. On top of the prices that equal 6 months of income for one tooth. Its cosmetic and insurance says they don't cover it at all.Sweet!

What a wonderful experience!! Today was my initial appointment and everything was explained thoroughly and understandably. X-ray technician Joe was fast and friendly. Dental hygienists Beth and Desiree examined my teeth and explained the results of the x-rays to me. Dr. Dennis informed me that I had no cavities and explained my proposed dental treatment plan. I will be back for my first treatment soon!!

Worked with me regarding what needed to be done and what everything would cost. After years of other dentists telling me I needed to pay over $5k for work WITH good insurance, one visit to aspen dental and I will be able to finally have a nice smile before Christmas! Had a wonderful experience and will highly recommend to everyone. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

One of my best visits ever. The doctor was very through to explain what would be done. Ensured that she did everything possible to prevent any pain and discomfort. She took an extra step to desensitize the tooth and nerves that meant the world to me. My anxiety was very high anticipating what was to come. Provided recommendations and suggestions to take better care of my gum and the temporary crown and made adjustments for a better fit cleaning the excess glue build up for a better fit. I am most grateful!

Class act Aspen dental on Nine Mile in Pensacola! So happy from the moment I walked in till I left. Jo was friendly when she walked me back and made me feel so comfortable. Beth was so kind and just sweet when she cleaned my teeth. Mariah was the best for scheduling and was able to get me back in today for a cleaning right after X-rays! Loved all the ladies that helped me today! Thank you!

Had an appointment that I scheduled over a month ago. They even texted me YESTERDAY to confirm my appt for tomorrow. Only to then text me today stating they need to reschedule my appt. So I call to inquire as to why this sudden change came, and they tell me it was because there was some mistake on their end with how they'd scheduled the appt originally......uhm? Im sorry, like what? I have been having pain in my back tooth and was truly looking forward to being seen. Only to have my appt canceled on me less than 24 hours before. So unprofessional. And then to give me a lie for an excuse was just an insult as well. I'm assuming the real reason is either a double booking or my appt was given away....but for it to take a month to realize a "scheduling" error? Please. ?and I work in social media. And know the fake caned response you're about to give as you've given every other customer with a complaint on here. IF THEY SAY THEYRE GOING TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERN WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT, THEYRE NOT. SO, with that being said if you have a real resolution then feel free to respond to my review. But you can miss me with the canned responses. I just wanted to make sure that others who are looking into possibly becoming customers at your establishment are aware of the unprofessionalism ? people have lives too. And need consistency and reliability. None of which was given. Maybe it's just the nawing pain in my tooth writing this angry of a review though ??♀️ ya know. They pain I was advised can wait another month thanks to youuuuurrr mistake.

So I have just moved here & used Aspen in TX. Made an appointment on line for a couple of hours later at a location far from me when I was having an acute pain on Jun 30th. ( I had also call the ph# that goes to an the answering service.) After driving for 40 mins I was told that the online appointments do NOT post @ the location until the next day!?!?! Friday b4 holiday w/e. No appointments available.An appointment was made @ the location nearest to me for today 7/13 thru the answering service & was sent to me by text message. I confirmed the appointment 3 times ! Twice replying to text messages & once by phone!My insurance lists Aspen as a provider & Aspen lists my insurance on their accepted insurance list on their website. HOWEVER i was told when a arrived for this appointment THAT IT DEPENDS ON YOUR PLAN! I was rejected because I am on Medicare! After waiting 2 weeks, 3 confirmations of the appointment!Seriously some people don’t deserve any business.

I waited in an empty lobby for 40 minutes.Had x-rays done for 10 minutes.Waited in the patient chair for about 30-40 excruciating minutes.Was finally seen for 10 minutes by hygienist.Waited another 20-30 excruciating minutes.Was finally seen by doc for about 5-10 minutes.Finally finished my check up/new patient appointment.Most of my time here consisted of painfully waiting to be seen, for around 2 hours. There was absolutely no communication from doctors about why I've been waiting for so long. There were hardly any patients there during my time there. It also appeared doctors were just jamming to music blasting in the dentist area. If they were more like the office staff and actually helping patients, it would've been better. I will not be returning here.Also shout out to Brandon in the lobby for being awesome.

Absolute joke of a place. I got an appointment set by calling a phone number that is provided, but when I came in, there was already another person booked for that time. Apparently their call center lost a way of communicating with their dentists so they just book people without having any clue if there is any time of the day available for a dentist to see a patient. Can imagine how many upset people request time off their jobs to get help, only to be turned around and told that they never had an appointment at first place.
