My Ford had a screw in the tire and no gas station had working air pumps. Had a repair appointment for the next day so just needed a few psi to safely drive home. I drove to the Ford dealership across the street hoping they would help me. I was informed that it would be two hours before they could put air in my tire. I stopped at this Lincoln dealership out of desperation and without hesitation they took my vehicle back and filled my tire. With all the issues going on with dealerships right now, I appreciate that this one was here and willing to assist.

Has huge five and $10,000 addendum stickers. They play the bait and switch game not a fan. Act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you about a vehicle.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT ASTRO!! Worse experience ever. Car worse then what it was before getting there. 6mths of BS, procrastination, inconvenience and no experienced techs. Our journey has been so long with this service dept that I'm lowkey going to write a Novel and get it published! Ridiculous!

I have been a loyal customer at Astro for quite a while, purchasing cars and always returning to them for service. However the quality of customer service has hit an all time low. We made an appointment to bring the car in for a repair and had to wait a month to get in as they were short staffed. The week before the sche appointment I brought the car in for an oil and filter change to the tune of $238 and spoke to the service mgr reminding him of the upcoming appointment and he reassured me he remembered. Of course when my husband came in for the appointment, they had not record of it, but stated they would squeeze him in. After a error in the billing, and speaking to both the service manager and dealership owner, I was told they could not fix the error and could i should just accept it. The owner was very rude and spoke over me, not acting or expressing any responsibility for the error. Expressing to him that I felt after being so loyal to his dealership and his attitude was so rude it made me think twice about coming back. I ended up calling the Lincoln concierge service and the issue was immediately dealt with and they apologized profusely and stated that the dealership could have offered the same fix as they gave me. I do love Lincoln cars and would buy another, however it will NOT be from Astro Lincoln. Seeing that they have just a few cars in their lot and not enough staff, I would think that their customer service would at least be great...but it is not...sad that in this economy they feel it's just not important.

I purchased a new 2022 Aviator Black Label from Astro. With well less than 1000 miles I wanted some very minor warranty work done. The Black Label status provided us with pick up/delivery service from home. We had to wait 3 weeks for the scheduled pick-up which they delayed 2 more days for car availability. They picked the car up on Thursday for what should have been just an overnight stay, by Friday afternoon I couldn't get anyone from the service department to answer their phones or return several messages. I did talk to 2 different people in Sales who said they would get them to call me. By Monday at 3pm I still had not heard anything. I called Service and was surprised to talk with Greg their service writer who told me that they had not looked at the car yet and there was still 2 other customers ahead of me. This really upset me, why make an appointment only to receive no customer service whatsoever, not answering their phones and no call backs. I told Greg I was coming to get my car. After getting my car back home I found the paint chipped on the passenger door handle (the car is only 2 months old with noticeably less than 1,000 miles) Also, when picking up the car the mileage was over 1,000 and all the XM radio station presets were changed. I've enclosed a pic of the trip odometer. I didn't zero it but it was around 400 when they picked it up. I very strongly suspect my car was driven by someone for a weekend joyride and I know for a fact the door handle was not chipped when they picked up up the car. Customer service at Astro Lincoln, at least in the Service department, is totally broken and non-existent. The Service manager, Ted, said he was sorry 'I fell through the cracks' to which I replied it wasn't just me and it hasn't been just once. If no one answered the phone for me on Friday then they didn't answer for anyone else either.

Don't go there... my tires and wheels were stolen while they had my vehicle in there possession. They told me they were not responsible for missing items. I'm out 3k for tires and wheels my wife now drives a Cadillac Ron W

This dealership literally saved our life on Apr.16, 2021..we were coming back from Navarre Beach yesterday and while sitting at a stop light getting ready to get on I 10 west a man tapped on my window and told me our break lights weren't working.. I was shocked due to the fact I had taken it to Robinson Brothers on March 6 in Baton Rouge to get a new break switch..anyway I took it to the the ford dealership in Pensacola..They told me they were jammed and to try Astro Lincoln across the blvd. I brought it over to them and they were kind enough to take care of my problem (they weren't jammed.thank the Lord)..this place was truly a lifesaver for us...I just wanted to thank the man in the service dept. that took the time with me..If I lived in Pensacola I definitely wouldn't hesitate to do business at Asto Lincoln...Thank y'all so very, very much for helping two desperate females..

Worst experience ever! My husband brought his pickup in for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires he wanted put on. He went to pick up the truck and his tires and wheels were "missing".. they didn't seem to care that much and told us they'd file a police report and get back with us. Now they are trying to say its our fault! How ridiculous is that! We brought them there for a purpose and the lady in service assured my husband they would keep his truck inside at night. They never return our phone calls, lie about trying to help us out. Ted the service manager was unprofessional and basically told us to kick rocks. Ill never bring another vehicle there if this is how they treat customers and I will go out of my way to let everyone know what a terrible experience we had.

Vince (our salesman) and Charla (Finance Manager) were fantastic to work with. Buying a car is often stressful, but they both were very personal, and very friendly!
