Bria and the team at ATT on E 9 Mile Rd are phenomenal!! They helped me cancel an old line I no longer needed and lowered my overall bill by over 100$!! They were polite and extremely helpful!! They have amazing customer service and helped us set up the new IPhone for the family! They helped transfer the old data from the old line to the new line and install all the new accessories we purchased!! Can’t wait to buy my next NEW phone at this store!!!!

I recently crack my phone screen... tech illiterate...super reliant on my phone for personal, work,and even directions... david at this location not only helped handle my tech issues...helps w my ins claim walking me through it...and printed a map of where to go to get my screen fixed... im 43... and honestly have never in my 43 yrs received the amount of help and professionalism from any customer service like he helped me that day... highly recommend you ask for david specifically at this location
