We moved from Atlanta to Pensacola and simply transferred our account, but AT&T made it seem like we cancelled our Atlanta account and opened a brand new account in Pensacola. After digging up our front lawn in Pensacola, they double charged us and never returned to fill in the hole in our lawn. For several months, they charged us double and when we cancelled service, they added on a fee for opting out of a contract...the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

Excellent service knowledgeable staff. I wanted to port in my number from another carrier. The other carrier was resisiting. ATT was able to get it done.

Hello,Yes my experience at the Att on Nine Mile Rd,was the best I have had a long time, they really are a friendly staff and they greet their customers as soon as they walk in and ask how may they can help you. And treat you like you are somebody not just a person standing need help and they will get with you when they can. They come and see how they can assist you right away because that shows that's its not just not a job it's they love what they're doing and that they're doing care for people. And that's what makes people want to come back if the atmosphere is good. So the Representative was really nice and good didn't take long for to take care of what I needed and I was out less than 20 min.I want to thanks Shelby for helping me

The manager was absolutely great!! Had an issue getting a sim card at 9th Ave store.. came to the 9 mile store and within 10 minutes I had gotten what I needed and was on my way !!!!

This AT&T is the best one in Pensacola by far. There was only one guy in there and he was super helpful and fixed my problem in two seconds whereas the other AT&T I went to (by the mall) the manger was terrible. She tried to tell me my number didn’t exist in there system when the top left corner of my phone literally says AT&T…anyways this store is the one to go to they’ll actually help and are friendly.

Manger is amazing at this location. He made it easy to understand the trade in value on my iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 14. I was in the store and out of the store with the new phone in under 30 minutes on a Saturday.

Margo from customer service was not helpful at all. Refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager stating she has worked at AT&T for so many years and knows what she is doing. Margo wanted my password/code but my spouse who holds the account has passed away! I have been to the store few times and did everything they have asked. Provided my drivers license and death certificate so it would be on file. I feel as I am getting the run around just to cancel a phone line that is no longer needed!Thank you Margo for great customer service and also denying me to speak with a supervisor....

IT WAS DIFFICULT TO BREATHE IN THERE TO TRY TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AND THE 4 UNITS THEY SET UP IN THE BUILDING FELT LIKE HOT BALLONS OF AIR INSTEAD OF AC EVERYONE WAS SWEATING AND IT WAS SO HARD TO DO ANY KIND OF TRANSACTION DUE TO THE HEAT IT WAS WELL OVER 85 DEGREES IN THERE. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN IT SAID 93 ON THERMOSTAT. SAD CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES AND FOR CUSTOMERS THEY NEED HELP IN THERE

Great store, great experience all the workers are professional and very well versed in all matters regarding all the issues I have. I fully believe there is no store like this one in the US Daniel was especially helpful and Douglas was great too!

Awful customer service. Will never go to this location again. Daniel has the worst “idgaf” attitude ever. He shows it by being on his phone while “helping” customers too. They are shady and I will be going to corporate.I shouldn’t have to call another store to get information on how to fix an issue that originated at YOUR store.

The guy I went to for help was unable to help me upgrade my phone. His tone of voice from the beginning was very dull and he acted like he could care less about answering my questions. His customer service skills were awful, I will not come back just so I don’t have to come in contact with him again. I wish he wasn’t seated the whole time so I could’ve seen his name tag and call him out personally.

We recently bought 2 Samsung 22 Ultras...we switched from Verizon to AT&T. We had questions so we found the AT &T store ( bought phones at box store). There we met Brandi! She answered all our questions with patience and kindness. She is a super star!! Thank you Brandi for your help and expertise!!!
