Kay was amazing with her knowledge and helping us upgrade our service so we could get new phones and watches. She was patient and helped pair our phones and watches. She even helped keep my 5yr old entertained during the process.

Karra at AT&T store 2159 Pensacola, FL is incredible!! We spent 2 hours thirty-six minutes on the iPhone with AT&T and then while on hold they cut us off and never called back. In 15 minutes Karra corrected everything. Because of her we stayed a customer.

Had the exact Galaxy watch I was looking for Karra and manager very knowledgeable about product ,promotions never felt rushed or pressured set my new watch up for me ,was quicker simpler process than I thought it would take which was great! Had a good experience and I love my new watch!

David has been a tremendous help for the past week while I have been having internet issues and weather delaying the fiber installation. He has enthusiastically answered all 5 of my calls and came up with a solution to each problem. After about 10 minutes in the store I have my fast speed internet working great and am just waiting on the fiber hook up now. WiFi can be a HUGE pain, although David handled every problem I had with professionalism and got everything back in tip top shape. I could not be more satisfied. It makes things a lot easier when you have someone you can rely on and is always willing to put the customer first. I won’t be afraid to come back into the store if there is ever another problem. Thank you, David and the AT&T team members.
