I would give this negative 5 stars if I could. My son bought a car here on May 11, and the engine blew up on July 11 - two months to the day. The dealership claimed it was my son's fault for not adding "fluids" - which he had done, twice, and since when does a vehicle need any fluids within two months of purchase? Only those with known problems - which this was not - at least not to my son. Don't shop here!

Negative 100 stars to this place. My son bought a car here, paid cash for a vehicle that we were assured had been serviced well because it was a police vehicle. Within one month of having it, he was replacing oil, antifreeze and filters, and exactly at 2 months of having the car, the engine blew up. The dealer option was to replace the engine - a new one for more than the original price of the car, or a used one for 2/3 of the price of the car. No offer to waive labor charges - and basically turned it on him and said that the engine blew up because he didn't keep fluids in it. My son is a USMC Veteran who worked Motor T - I think he knows how to refill fluids. Bottom line - save your money and shop elsewhere. If you read all these reviews, there is a common theme. This dealership is a SCAM.

I’ve had my van a year, after the test drive I knew it wasn’t shifting past third no other lights were coming on so the dealership sent it for repair and processed the van for me to buy. Got it and down the road oil light flashing n singing all trips they wouldn’t fix so I paid $1,200 to fix that sensor. I’ve now put a total of over $10,000 into this van and have replaced almost everything. air conditioning needs done and the engine last things. Put transmission in already on it. Please for the love of God take into a reliable vehicle inspection. I still owe and have been making the payments on this van because I can’t get the credit I need to buy one that’s reliable. Hopefully they will discount the van now because they was supposed to over the oil sensor but failed to do so. I’ve been paying for rentals the past month and the repairs for AC was quoted at $4,400 and that’s not even gonna fix the over heating with the head gasket that I’m pretty sure a hidden issue all along. Oh only $8,000 to replace the engine ?

If I could give them negative stars honestly I would. I came here because I needed a new start in a new place and just divorced from a bad situation so of course I have no credit and chose to go here. They seemed very nice and I though they were being upfront with me. I found a car inside my budget and found out it had a rebuilt title. From everything I found online they were still insureable. So I asked them out right "with this being a rebuilt title will I have any problem insuring this vehicle. By both the sales guys and deeana burns all said it was easily insurable, everyone will. Not true. I asked about the condition or if there were any crashes or if they had a vehicle history report. They skirted around the report, didn't even send it until after. Told me there was one accident in the rear. Funny because when I got the emails of the report, there were 3 different accident this car went through. 2 in the front and one rear. So with the crap choices I kinda had to make to get a car, I'm now paying 250 every other week for this car plus 500 a month in insurance because NO ONE will insure it for a price lower. Found a roach nest as well under the back seat the day after as well. Having to get my car fumigated. Ugh, nothing but problems from this place.

Top notch experience! . My Jeep went in with some serious body damage. I thought it was going to total out my car but Auto network assured me everything was going to be ok. They Kept me updated with their progress and before I knew it, my car came out looking brand new like nothing ever happened to it. They went the extra mile and did some detailing on the inside too. Awesome place!

Bought my dreamcar from them in Oct 2022. It was a rebuilt 2016 Nissan Altima 3.5 SV...anything seem off about that? I didn't think so either until my car was stolen and wrecked. Come to find out that make and model doesn't exist(thanks insurance company for letting me know). The 2016 models only have the 3.5 in SR or SL. Unless it's a 2015 then there's an SV option. So 19k for a 2015 or 2 different types of cars mashed into 1? KBB says the 2015 is only worth 10-12k in perfect condition. Wasnt worth it because when I started driving it the front seats started to wobble and then the A/C and heat would cut in and out on the interstate. I have a 1 yr old so when its 30° having heat is a must. Then the front right started squealing. Also after I signed everything it was all supposed to be emailed to me before i left. I waited a month...nothing. Finally called and requested it to be emailed to me. Upon looking over those papers I discovered that the car had ongoing problems with the front right starting in 2020. Low and behold when my car was found what was wrong? The front right everything was broken. After, when i talked to the lady on the phone on 3 person call w/ insurance lady asking if i could have the car after insurance paid them (insurance woman confirming multiple times they are paying it off ) the woman from PANG gets an attitude and says no "we're tired of dealing with this car". I'm not gonna focus on the front right breaking because who knows what happened when it was taken, but I am very concerned with them not being honest with me about the make and model of the car telling me it's a 2016 Nissan Altima 3.5 SV AND EVEN CHARGING ME EXTRA for the down payment because the car "is the best one". (I put 5k down) and also not telling me from the beginning the previous problems. Also price gouging a car for 19k(total after everything) that probably only cost them 5k to build from wrecked auction cars/parts they already had from previous cars. Beware and do your research have good insurance and have a mechanic look at it before you make it official. My lesson learned could be your saving grace.
