Very nice , good people working there and my man that took care of my battery was really friendly and took less than 15 minutes to take out and put in my battery. When I called the young man who answered was very polite and super helpful, the guy who put in my battery also recommended a place to go that would treat me fair, it’s refreshing to have nice people take care of you when your in they’re place of business. Best of all I saved $135 by calling auto zone after I was quoted a much higher price. I definitely recommend auto zone on navy

The staff at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They do whatever they can to help within their means, be it on the phone or in person. Their customer service is top notch with a dose of courtesy and politeness as well. When I need an auto parts store, I choose this one.

Call this particular store this morning to ask for a manager. I was told they are not allowed to tell you if that person works there or if they're available. Not only have I worked for autozone, but also this employee. I'm attempting to reach has been there for over ten years and is also a manager and I am a commercial customer.
I'll NEVER use this location again for my business needs due to their rude demeanor over the phone and the as a matter of fact attitude!

My husband and I stopped to get wiper blades for our car. The customer service was great the was falling so one of the employee by the name of Brett was on his way out of the store went in his truck and was about drive out, then he came out of the vehicle, stopped and helped us immediately without asking. Big thank you sir because we weren’t sure how to change the back wiper especially. 😅😅👍🏾
