I needed a new battery for my car 🚗 I went to AutoZone and received great service by Jamie! She tested my battery and it was no longer good as I had suspected. Jamie helped me with my options and then replaced it with the new one, no charge for service. I could never have done the switch out by myself and it’s great to know there are nice people like Jamie to help you out at AutoZone on 9th in Pensacola.😊

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jamie! My car battery was dead, and she helped me replace it quickly and efficiently. Jamie was incredibly kind, polite, and knowledgeable, making the whole process stress-free. She didn’t take long at all, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Jamie, for going above and beyond to help me out!

They was wonderful I'm handicap bearly able to get in and out of car. Nat check my oil and put some in also fix a back tail light and headlights. I feel very blessed for what he did.

I purchased a new battery, and Bradford installed it for me. The terminals were incredibly corroded, and he went the extra mile to clean them thoroughly. He was fast, friendly and very helpful!

Was not greeted when I walked in. Grabbed my items and went to the self check out. Grey shirt lady in the front had an attitude and made condescending remarks. If I wanted that type of customer service, I could’ve gone closer to my house. Telling someone to “smile” when they were already ignored is rude. I hope she has the day she deserves

The entire staff was extremely helpful when our car was down for a bad battery and blown fuse. TJ was the man and helped us fix our issues and got us back on the road with some quick thinking and ingenuity!

Absolutely worthless Service. My late wife’s caretaker purchased a battery on my behalf that was still under warranty when it failed. The person moved back to Texas after her death and the guy at the counter says that they would only honor the warranty if that individual came to turn in the battery himself. Don’t buy your batteries from AutoZone, go to O’Reillys if you want better service.

AutoZone has always handled my car battery needs (for over 20 years). When I called this morning, I was told they do not handle car batteries in the trunk and to go to Pep Boys! Guess I'm never using AutoZone for any car needs again.

Mike that works at the auto zone in front of Sonny’s was absolutely the best worker I’ve encountered at an auto zone. Very helpful he went out his way right before they closed to help me with my flat tire because I wouldn’t have even been able to drive to an air pump. Very respectful and great class. 10/10 employee
