Went there a few nights ago there was a white man with tattoos all over didn't get his name but this guy was sitting on the counter when I walked in ,told him I needed a front headlight for a challenger the basic and cheapest one ,and he scrolled on computer I seen thr basic one was about 25 30 dollars he wanted to know witch one it was I told him the cheapest like why did that matter if iam the customer and I want the cheapest versus u trying to get me to spend 150 for a head light then he proceeds to argue with me telling me he can't give me one that he can't sell me witch ever light I wanted it has to be factory and that was false .he was very disrespectful and I seem to get racist vibes from him don't no who put that clown in charge but big mistake never would u get a cent from my pockets until he's fired .

The gentleman working there March 4th between 4 and 5 pm was extremely helpful! He helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me excellent advice to get back home safely. Very much appreciated!

I was a little bummed this evening as I drove all the way from pace to West Pensacola to pick up a part that they told me they had in stock. It showed it on their system, but it was not on the shelf. The part I’m looking for is for an older model Acura. I completely understand that they may not carry that part, but was a little bothered again that Eddie ( Who are you believe was a manager ) didn’t check, especially when I told him I was driving from pace. I’m not an angry person and they were very nice about it and the one gentleman his name I did not get called around and found me a part at O’Reillys that was equivalent but not as good of a part. I’m extremely grateful that he went out of his way to do this, but again was a little bothered that I made the trip to begin with because the O’Reilly’s and pace at the same part

I visited this location 2 days ago due to my battery being completely dead and needing to swap it out with the warranty i had on it with them. Initially grace tested it & she told me it was in great condition and wouldnt change for warranty replacement & i was turned away basically. So there was nothing i could do but leave so i went to crank my truck and it was once again dead, so they offered their jump box and it wouldnt work, then Mr michael came outside to give me a jump with his truck and it didnt work either. By this time they are closed & im stuck in their parking lot 5months pregnant. Mr michael went out of his way to go above and beyond by jumping me off in the first place and taking the time to help us after grace gave us incorrect info and almost turned me away to deal with the same issue she could have fixed. But mr michael completed the warranty replacement on my battery and he so took the time to install it for me correctly after he was supposed to be closing shop. He never rushed me, he gave me correct info, he was respectful, he made sure everything worked properly afterwards, & he resolved my issue & now my truck is doing great and i dont have to ask random people for a jump 3-4x a day literally while pregnant with 6 kids. So long story short, Mr: Michael i greatly appreciate your help and services that night. People like you are a blessing to mothers like me. It may not have seemed like much & i know its your job but you went above and beyond for me & i wanted to thank you again and shout you out to make sure your manager knows how amazing you are sir. He didnt even want my money he rejected it. YOU GET 5 STARZ MR MICHAEL

Took my daughter's car in for a battery check. Needed a new battery, plugs and metric tools. The service guy (I wish I could remember his name dang it) helped me get the right parts, tools and put the battery in. Fantastic job! Will definitely go back.

Daughter had a battery issue went to store to have it checked was told the battery was good so alternator was bad even though they never tested it asked if they would charge battery took battery out told my daughter to come back in 90 mins when daughter got back was told battery is good but they couldn’t help put it in or test alt cause there was only 2 people in store turns out it was a bad battery that they got replaced by dealership cause Autozone’s weee to lazy to do there jobs shame on you Autozone train your employees better and I am a former commercial manger for autozone

The battery in my Nissan Murano was bad. I needed a new battery fast. Of coarse I immediately think AUTO ZONE. Did not disappoint. The person who greeted me Michael had my old battery out and my new battery from Auto Zone in fast! When I walked into the store I was greeted with smiles and an offer to help. I walked out a happy and relieved customer! Thank you Michael and Auto Zone. The work you do helps keep working people on the road in a safe and mobile vehicle.

Between the phones and every man women and child asking them any question you can think of, these guys and women do a great job! Busy or not always knowledgeable and respectful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
