Best place I have ever been to have Tire work done these people know what they're doing they are very truthful and honest I thought I needed a new tire they told me I just needed a plug and it gave me back on the road for 10 bucks whenever I was looking at buying a tire for $120 at another location absolutely great people can't say enough for him I wish there was a way for me to give them 10 Stars

SCAM ALERT!!! I've been there numerous times and have always had a great experience until today...I had been to the shop previously for a leaking tire repair and paid $35 to have it patched. I just returned because the tire was still leaking, I talked to the same young dude that repaired previously. This long haired, short, chubby dude claims to have found another hole and that he showed me the nails previously ALL LIES!!! I corrected him on his lie and refused to give him more money. as I'm leaving without service, another guy pulls up with the same issue...he supposedly fixed the tire but there's a different hole! I find it hard to believe that the nice lady that runs the place is in on this dude's scam. I'll be calling and leaving her a message about this dude!!!!

They can stretch your tires on almost any rim and?
Mount tires on rims up to 30 inches. And fix bends and cracks with a 24 hour turn around. Or do same day service for extra 100 bucks expedite fee.

Very nice people here! There was no wait, so I got my tire done instantly and got to stay in my car with the AC running while they worked. They also had the lowest price on a used tire for my size that I could find — and honestly, they were one of the only places that actually had my size in stock. The tire is in great condition and drives perfectly so far. All in all, I’d definitely recommend them and I’ll be coming back when I need the rest of my tires replaced!

Very poor customer service. Melissa is very rude claims she the owner . I own my own business & I understand good business goes along way. She denied me service that her employees provided to me no more then 6 months ago. Claiming my tire is to old after the fact of me denying any other offer of services for me to purchase (new valve stem/ new tire) which I did not have the funds for I just needed help with re beading my tire simple because they have done they same exact thing for me months ago. One of them employees not Melissa. Now today she is denying me because I can tell her they’ve done this exact thing for me a few months ago. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years I don’t appreciate being patronize. Or choosey with providing customers service to certain individuals of your liking. I’m a good person & was only asking for help did not want any services for free. But I’m sure that was the problem I thought highly of this place. Will never be back there nor refer any family or business partners to this establishment.

My husband and I used B & M Tire yesterday, for the first time. We were in Pensacola for a funeral and realized we had a nail in one of our tires. We had called several places beforehand and they told us at least an hour wait. B&M knew we were trying to get back on the road for the funeral procession so they managed to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend them!
