Great sales and service team! Last year we were part of a trip to key west organized by MarineMax, we had some issues along the way and it shocked me that MarineMax actually sent service technicians to meet up with us on the trip. I’ve had issues while on the water and when I arrived at the dock MarineMax was there to help. I just bought a new boat early this year and the next one will most likely be from MarineMax too! Hopefully the traffic jam in the Panama Canal eases up soon, I think my new boat is right in the middle lol

Our experience to date with MarineMax Pensacola has been outstanding. We have nothing but great things to say about our buying experience, Darcy, Captain Andrew, Raphael, Dan and Chad in service, fun and friendly ladies at the counter, and the whole boat launch/recover crew. It all works, and works much better than we anticipated. The BoatCloud app is simple to use, and the response and service from the marina has been phenomenal. I honestly didn't expect it to be so easy, smooth and enjoyable.We have owned several boats over the years, and have dealt with many different marinas and boat storage outfits. MarineMax has been the smoothest, easiest and most pleasant boat purchasing/storage/service provider we have ever dealt with in our decades on the water.Big Kudos to all of you! Well done y'all.

My husband and I recently bought a 2023 Boston Whaler Super Sport 130. From start to finish, Daniel helped us every step of the way. He made the purchasing process of a boat very easy and stress free. He was very fun to work with and answered all of our many questions. Raphael in finance was also incredible to work with! He found us the best rate and insurance. I could not have done better myself. He is very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with! Just bought my tritoon from them and all I can say is they have been fantastic! From Darcy working the deal and getting things done to Raphael getting all the paperwork done in a timely and professional manner to Joe teaching me some tricks I about boating I was not aware of even after over 45 years on the water. Great team of people they have there.

Left my cabin open, hard to deal with . Jeff doesn't return calls after 2 messages and claims I didn't leave 1. There are way better Marinas in Pensacola . If you like to do your own service ,this is definitely not the place for you.

As a former employee Customers have no idea the horrible service they are given. The parts department is told to Only Order Parts from certainVendors Which they Own. The Service Manger is Also The Parts Manager so it's in his best interest so his bonus is bigger to water from the same companies .I the past 3 months 14 people have left, Need I say more. Labor Rate Is $20 or more per hour over competitors but don't take my word for it check for yourself. It's a horrible place to work and to bring your boat.

Really hoped they were better than this. Spent almost $15,000 with them to replace the manifolds and refurbish the whole engine, took them more then 6 months. Got it back with parts missing, oil all over the engine bay, loose motor mounts and on top of that they removed my 2 new Optima batteries and replaced it with an old 2018 AGM battery. It gets better, they lost my newly upholstered sun pads from the bow! Their answer was they are not responsible as it must have blows off. I highly recommend you look for a local shop that takes care of your boat like their own and give it back to you in better state than what you leave it with them.

Purchased a Vantage 270 at the Boat Show in Mobile 4 years before my distrust started. After yearly service by Marinemax, doing every thing they recommended, including water pump and bottom unit service, I took my boat in for power steering issues. After setting there for months waiting on parts, they decided they would fix without parts that I had paid in advance for. While on sea trail, they said one of the engines had locked up. I was told motor was making oil. I asked if oil was checked and for oil samples they never provided. They could not tell me oil was checked to start with. Once I put pressure on for oil sample, they declared oil pump stopped. I was told Mercury rep inspected the engine, and refused to assist in repair of the engine that had less than 300 hours. Knowing they could afford to be tied up in court and had plenty of attorneys. I agreed to repair, gave them thousands of dollars to order top end of engine replacement. When they started back together with the engine, they discovered the bottom of the engine was locked up. This made me wonder was anything wrong with the top to start with. Now I had to buy a lower unit. I am 65 years old and did not want to be without a boat to enjoy children and grand children, while this took years in court. I paid some where around $25,000 for repairs that I truly believe was their fault. I was also told the other foot had water in it. They had serviced both lower units only a few running hours before reported failure. Paid Boston Whaler price for a dream that has wound up a disappointment. They were running the boat when it tore up.

My wife and I have dealt with MarineMax in Pensacola on several occasions over the past year. We sold our previous boat through MarineMax and recently purchased a new boat. I highly recommend Daniel Deaibes! He was very patient with us through the boat ordering process and extremely helpful. Raphael Adolph did a great job finalizing the paperwork, and Andrew Haring did an excellent job delivering the new boat.We store our boat at the marina and use their service department for all maintenance and repairs. The Marine Manager, Jeffrey Simms, has been great to work with. The Service Advisor, Steve Egli, has been great too!Top notch boat dealer with highly professional employees!
