The people are always friendly, but the aren't open much. Don't open until 10! And close at 4, even on Friday. Do they not care that people work during the measly 6 hours they are open? Should we feel honored to be bank of America customers? Because I sure don't feel important, or valued as a customer

The New Warrington Rd location has to be the best BOA branch in Pensacola when it comes to customer service. They acknowledge you as soon as you come through the door and everyone there seems to like what they do. It's evident in their courteousness and swift solution finding.

They NEVER answer the phone. I have one question and I am supposed to make an appointment or travel to the branch to ask a simple question. Their customer service sucks! I'm closing accounts and moving on.

Update 03/29/2023I had the pleasure of visiting Bank of America on Warrington St, Pensacola, for business needs. My wait time was about 10 minutes before I saw Heather at the counter. She greeted me with a movie star smile and promptly asked how may I help you? Heather was cheerful, kind, and knowledgeable about my request. She efficiently handled my transaction quickly and had my business completed promptly!Heather concluded by asking, "Is there anything else I could help you with?" No, was my response, smiled and said,"Thank you for banking with Bank of America." There were also two very kind ladies that greeted me at the door and thanked me for coming to Bank of America. A very pleasant experience!

If you want a bank that's open 6 hours a day, with no drive-thru windows, and 30 minute inside lines! This is the bank for you. (This goes for all the local branches)Absolutely ridiculous customer sevices.. I'd bet this bank is on its way out of business. or a merge is in its near futureThis horrible.. will be closing my account very soon.

Hello. Does your bank have a Russian-speaking employee?

In all my years of cashing a check I've never been told we can't cash your check because Richard is on my license and Rick was on the check. All other banks recognize its the same!! Will never do business with Bank of America!

Only open 10-4. Drive-thru is never open. Appointments are needed for anything but good luck getting anyone on the phone to schedule one. I have banked here for almost 9 years with a business account and cannot get a form notarized without downloading the mobile app. Absolutely useless.Edit to add: I did try to schedule online and was unable to access my account. I called and was told the only way to schedule is through the mobile app or to go inside to schedule and then return at a later date. BOA has been understaffed for several years (pre-Covid) and the constant push to automated systems is really pushing away business, especially when you're always experiencing "technical difficulties". Regions answered on the second ring and told me to come right in and they can notarize my form immediately. I think it's time for my business to make a change to a bank that appreciates and caters to it's customers like I do.

Imagine being a bank and losing possible customers because you charge ridiculous fees.

Every time I go here to deposit cash into the drive up ATM, it is broken and/or not accepting cash. I am not comfortable going to the walk up outdoor ATM with over $1000 cash in my hand. Today I went inside to make a deposit & the useless manager was just wandering around in circles without opening a second teller window to serve their customers despite a growing line and a customer at the window taking an extraordinarily long amount of time. I stood there for at least 15 minutes without moving. If the drive up ATM is inoperable in any way, a drive up deposit window would be helpful, but it appears that the staff just park their cars in the shade rather than opening a window to assist customers. I don't wanna hear any excuses about the pandemic being a reason that they're understaffed because this is Florida and Florida has been open throughout the whole pandemic. The manager wasn't even aware the ATM wasn't operable. So, now I have to walk around with $1000+ cash on me the rest of the day since this bank couldn't get it together and I couldn't wait in line any longer or else I'd have been late to work. Figure it the f*** out, it's a bank. Not that complicated. GET A NEW MANAGER.

Made an appointment and continued to communicate what was happening and some how the agent assumed I wanted to cancel my appointment and put someone else in my time slot. I made it very clear I wanted to see her and had lots I needed assistance with. I also had to call several times to even get anyone on the phone. I still didn't get the assistance I needed. Poor customer service would not recommended this bank at all

No tellers available; so you will not be able to access your own money. They don't pick up their phone either. Just consider this place basically just an ATM drive through location.
