Bath & Body Works is a great place to shop for all bath and body needs. The store is always clean and well-organized. They offer a wide variety of quality products, including fragrant body lotion, shower gel, hand soaps, real good smelling candles, and great mens cologne, bath wash and body sprays. They always have a wide variety of scents to choose from. The store always has good sales and great deals, with frequent promotions. It can be a very busy location. The staff provides excellent, wonderful customer service. The store associates are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, often going above and beyond to accommodate requests and help find the perfect scent or gift. This makes for a fun shopping experience.

I am so so thankful for the wonderful customer service from Lisa! She went above and beyond to get a candle holder for me. She was so kind and helpful and that is hard to come by nowadays. This location is always so busy so the fact that she took the time to accommodate my request means so much!

I love stuff they sell but the cashier hope as it says on her name tag is is really slow she seems disoriented
