Went in there with my sister to check on some Disney perfume and body wash for my niece.. The young lady if I remember correctly her name was Danielle. She was awesome helping us and talking to my niece on the phone to figure out her preferences on fragrance. Miss. Danielle you nailed it. She loves the items. And her sister same as well. Danielle was nice ,kind, everything about her was great. Thank you for your kindness.

I am so so thankful for the wonderful customer service from Lisa! She went above and beyond to get a candle holder for me. She was so kind and helpful and that is hard to come by nowadays. This location is always so busy so the fact that she took the time to accommodate my request means so much!

I stood in line to get in. As I was finished shopping I realized I did not have my credit card. I walked back to the front of the store and asked a if he could come in to pay for my items. She said sure. I called my husband. I’m standing there waiting for him. I finally walk back to the front of the store and a different sales person is refusing to let him come pay. Telling him that he had to stand in line to wait to get into the store. I explained that I had already asked the sales lady at the other side and she said yes. She still would not allow him to come in. I just walked out. My husband was not trying to shop, he was only coming in to pay.

I received a few gifts Bath and body Works because I love the product for Christmas. I had total of six items that I was returning in an exchanging. Out of all the items I only didn’t have received for one item. When I tried to exchange or return this item, the store gave me hell. Mia was the name of the manager that I dealt with. She was so rude and nasty. I can’t believe that they have employees like this working at the store. They tried to lowball me for item that has never been on sale. My daughter had paid $19 change and they tried to lowball and try to give me $4 dollars and change back. I asked the lady is it on sale right now she was like no this never goes on sale. Even after admitting this, they refuse to give me what was paid. I told them I have my credit card and the date that it was purchased. If they were able to look it up they refused to do that. When I asked for the Store Manager information they told me they’re not allowed to get that. I guess I will be going to the pace location from now on to shop.
