Misled on a watch battery replacement warranty. I was informed that the ONLY battery replacement offered was a lifetime warranty for $23. Upon reading the website their was a battery replacement offered for less without a warranty or simply battery without installation neither was offered to me. I felt misled.

super friendly, helpful, and fast!! about five employees came out, not only to help each other but also engage in conversation with me!! installed my new battery in less than 10 minutes!! (had the battery i needed, when Sam’s Club didn’t!!)

I was referred to Batteries Plus by my mother who suggested I go there after I dropped my phone and shattered the face. I was expecting to pay upwards of $200 for the replacement, the going price at all the sources I checked. When they asked me the phone model, they told me they could repair it for $189 which included a new battery for my phone at no extra cost. I was prepared to make the purchase, however, when they examined my phone, they discovered it was the screen protector that had shattered, the glass was intact. I was astonished! More astonishing is that these guys were completely honest with me and didn't charge me a thing. They even placed a new screen protector on my phone at no cost. I highly recommend Batteries Plus on 9th Ave, if you have issues with your phone screen and or battery. Great service and honest professionals!

These guys are great! Took an iPhone to them & they were able to reset for me. Alex, one of the associates, is a gem! Didn’t talk down to me. Was polite & professional. Genuinely cared about my dilemma. Had a chance to speak with one of the other associates & he, too, is a gem but I didn’t get his name. Will definitely recommend to friends & family

Horrible in store customer service. I can’t even go into details but absolutely the worst. Like the two guys working in the store have blinders on… I can spend my hard earned money anywhere and thought I would give this place a try🤣 complete waste of my time. Bought my car battery and key fob battery elsewhere.
