Nobody answered when I called twice and I registered for a class online said I was in the books showed up and no one was there.But then the owner called me back and invited me to the next class at a different location. Different stations around the room with instructions using bands weights and yoga/Pilates type movements, some cardio. Five minute intervals then one minute break. I got a good work out. Energy was pretty good, could've been more technical destruction by the staff and a little more individualized attention since there are only four of us working out. Id go again.

We love coming here during our short staying in the area. All the girls are super energetic and gave me a hard workout ?️♂️ do the weekly pass or as many needed, you won’t regret it and feel re energized every day. Thank you!

Two years in a row, I tried to get my daughter into ballet there. It was near to impossible. I called, Facebook messaged and emailed. No response for weeks. Then finally, someone said I could come in on a Friday to register ... and no one showed up. I’ve heard good things about the classes, but I wouldn’t know.

I have enrolled my daughter in Ballet again this year. She loves it! Last year when they were shut down for COVID, they gave us the option for online lessons or to cancel our membership. We opted for the online classes and an individual recital at the end of the year. It was a great alternative but we are so happy to be back in the studio with Miss Kaley and Jenn!

Jennifer and her staff are amazing! Makes working out fun and enjoyable! I always also meet such great people from the neighborhood! We do kids classes too and they are fantastic and my kids love them! Highly recommend!

Coach Jen and Coach Missy do an absolutely fantastic job teaching toddlers gymnastics! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds since joining beachlife and really has come to love these two! they ensure everyone feels included and treat everyone like family. they go above and beyond for their members. To be honest all of the coaches we have met so far have been so incredibly kind and welcoming you wont want to try another gym :)

We love BeachLife. Not only does it have something for everyone, but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging.
