I went up there on 10/10 and got my girlfriends screen repaired and when I did yes they were fast customer service was good at that time then 9 days go buy the screen itself the lcd in it breaks no scratches at all nor drops and then todays she goes up there to get it warranty out and the guy says he won’t do it because it’s the LCD and it’s not the “high quality one” which is bs screens are not expensive at all the “high quality” is a load of bs they use to generate more sales Ik I used to work on phones in the mall then only offered her $20 off a screen replacement DON’T GO HERE they don’t care about making it right ( don’t bother replying saying you can just come up here and get it fixed she’s just gunna go get the 16 pro from AT&T won’t be going here again)

I took in my iPhone 12 mini due to poor battery performance and the charging port needing replaced. The service was phenomenal and repairs are on point. If you need any kind of repair, this is the place to go.

Sold my iPad here for extra cash, good experience I had to negotiate a fair price with them but overall we came to agreement got it done. Will be back with more electronics or to get stuff fixed

Absolutely, hands down, best customer service when it comes to phone issues in Pensacola. He was very knowledgeable with electronics and definitely deserves all the business in the City and more! I went to 2 other stores and they couldn't help me with my issue but he was able to. Make him the first call you make if you have any phone problems!
