Made an appointment the day prior to have iPhone 11 battery replaced. Specified in the booking which iPhone I had. Checked in with the CS rep and let her know my phone model. Waited an hour after checking in for the same CS rep to tell me they actually didn't have an iPhone 11 battery in stock.
