I don’t have a choice but to give it one star ⭐️ this shop it’s horrible they’ll keep your bike forever ,and they will give it back in pieces . And they don’t care they say they couldn’t fix it !!
I will never use this shop ever again and I hope you’re not either .
I curse this shop from this review and I hope they go out of business.
My choice is to give them no stars !!!

I’ve been there a few times for various tune ups. Unless you know them/are a regular, they certainly aren’t the friendliest or customer service oriented, but they’ll get your bike fixed up for a reasonable cost!

Incredible customer service! Don't listen to the negative reviews. I purchased an eBike here and had some issues with it (absolutely no fault of theirs), and they went above and beyond to resolve the issues! Highly recommend them, and I will definitely be returning for any future purchases/service!

I walked in and inquired about repairing a part on my bike, only to be immediately shut down with a blunt "no." When I asked for an explanation, the employee responded with a hateful grin, questioning why he should say yes without understanding my request. Ok but why would he say no without being curious either? Despite my attempts to reason with him, he continued with a hostile attitude, seemingly intoxicated by his own negativity. Fed up, I shared that I'd return when the owner was present, as I had never been treated so disrespectfully at this shop by the owner himself. I gave some unsolicited advice on where he could stick it bc he seemed to enjoy coming at me wearing a smile the entire time...making me think this is how he has to treat people bc maybe he's incapable of the job in the first place so saying yes on a repair he can't do would only reveal his incompetence? Idk I just know this employee's snarky comments and aggressive comments and spewing threats and hate towards me, just making the encounter even more unpleasant. It's a shame that such a great shop, with a such a pleasant and helpful owner employs someone who treats his regular customers like garbage. It's a disservice not only to the shop but also to the community it serves.

Excellent service and fast turnaround time. We brought in my toddler's first bicycle to have training wheels attached. Shop did a fantastic job. We'll be back for sure

I would like to thank Chris for his excellent customer service on the replacement of the rear tire on my bike! I also asked him if he had it to give it a one-year check-up! be also suggested a couple of upgrades that did not add too much to the total expense! when we took it to him he came to help us get it out of the car and when we arrived to pick it up he back in the car for us! lol he had it in the highest gear#8 i never been any higher than my legs were truly shocked!!! would recommend them!!

This bike shop in Pensacola Florida is great! I have brought in a bike to be repaired that they did not sell us and each time they were extremely helpful and quick on the repairs. Highly recommend for all bike sales and service.
