Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. We have rented/returned several Uhaul trailers/trucks through them over the last few years and they always go above and beyond for service.

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! Rude jerks! They're going to act nice then stick it to you every way they can. Don't give them your belongings as leverage!
I rented 3 units from them for nearly 20 years and $100,000 of always-on-time automatic withdrawal payments, unaware of how corrupt and unethical they are until the end! Use them only if you can afford losing your peace over petty and unfair viciousness!

This was the best Uhaul rental service I’ve ever used. The phone call to reserve my Uhaul was literally only 5 minutes if that! They made it so easy to pick up and drop off. They are smaller so I feel like they were more personable and nice! I would recommend to anyone.

I was in a very tough situation with moving and being sick! Due to money wasn't posting as promised, I gotten behind and had to decide on losing my property or my health! My daughter stayed in contact with AJ and explain the situation as I was going into Auction. I was able to get some help paying for my storage unit and it was a big relief from stress! I was supposed to have lost everything but I wanna thank the team for understanding especially AJ! He's a very respectful young man! Thank you and God Bless You
