new Toyota. first oil change, with appointment, 2.5 hours. mechanic went to lunch. second oil change, with appointment, 2 hours.asked salesman for estimate to sell new Toyota. looked up book trade in value, said , "I did what you asked," and walked away.got home, call from Toyota, forgot to give back my wheel lock key so now I have to drive another half hour to retrieve my key lock.got the message.

In this case "you can't believe any car salesperson" is painfully true! Find a dealership who's up front, honest, clear about terms, finances, and don't go for double talk and long hours of sitting and waiting for the salesperson to get back to the desk each time you have a question...as I did at Bob Tyler Toyota (Tabatha salesperson). I went to the dealership the beginning of November 2023 to purchase a car after an accident, (I still don't have the money from the insurance company...but that's another story) I'm in my 80's and like my life uncomplicated but Tabatha tried to change all that. It's now December (no refund) after speaking to the sales manager (Paul) a couple of times, I'm now experiencing his promises to refund my $1000.00 deposit to my account. Wish me luck... calling again today. Last call he left me with dealing with the front desk.

Great experience with Mike Brixey. He's passionate and hardworking. I came in a few weeks ago looking for 2023/2024 4Runner SR5 4WD. I gave him my price range and he was having me lean more towards the affordable option which would've been the RAV4 (not a bad car) and he ended up finding me the specific car I was asking for that was coming in at the end of the month. It felt like he cared about the concerns I mentioned and was very communicative through the whole process and still is.

The worst auto purchase experience I have been through. The salesman, sales manager in particular will tell you anything to get you off the phone if encountering a problem. My email, except for ones sent to the finance people were never responded to. I paid cash for a 2023 Tundra but as soon as I took the keys the buying experience was over as far as they were concerned. When the paperwork is done, they are done with you. Never again. Stay away!!!!

I had already went to multiple dealerships this week and Toyota Pensacola was by far the best car dealership experience I've had! Stacey was so quick and helpful to accommodate me and find the perfect vehicle for me. He made the process super quick, got me the best deal, and took care of any questions or concerns I had. He was considerate and genuinely made the interactions more enjoyable, so it didn't just feel like someone trying to sell me a car. So in love with my new Rav4 and thankful that it was a great car buying experience! From here on out, I will be back to purchase any future vehicles from Toyota Pensacola. Excellent customer service!

Thank God for Toyota Care! I just went to Bob Tyler a couple days ago for a routine oil change. I didn’t need a tire rotation because I just bought a whole new set (not from Toyota). Overall, Bob Tyler is a good place to go for servicing your vehicle. They are good people.

My inspection was clearly not done thoroughly because several parts of my truck needed attention, but yet we're marked as good condition on the inspection. They probably didnt even look at When my truck was returned to me my tire pressure light was on, which it had not been when I arrived that morning. I pointed this out to my attendant, and he took the truck to the back and returned and said that all of the tires were at 49 where they were supposed to be so my sensor must be going. I got home and checked my tire pressure and all tires were at 38, which means that the dealership let air out of my tires and then lied to me. I'm incredibly disappointed, and this experience just adds to my distrust of car mechanics.

I thought I was going to have the hardest time deciding which vehicle would best suite me and my every day to day needs but Mrs. Lorie Johnston made the entire process super simple. Just bought my 2023 GR86 Trueno Blue from Bob Tyler Toyota and couldn't be happier!Mike walked me through the process from putting the deposit down and keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle to meeting me in person at my convenience and being up front and honest about the entire process!I also have to give a shout out to Caleb who helped me through the finance process as he was knowledge and personable.I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to show at Bob Tyler Toyota.

It was average customer service. I went in, picked a car and bought it. I have called my salesperson a couple of times to ask about a feature that I was curious about. Crickets.. I guess the sale was done and he doesn’t need to answer any questions. So Sawyer if you are reading this..Sawyer and management have contacted me, and I think I have communicated what I think went wrong, and they have been very open to acknowledging that they dropped the ball. I am satisfied with how responsive they were to fixing the problem. Sawyer is a nice young man, and that was not the problem. Question has been answered. Thank you.

After finding the vehicle you're interested in buying they'll surprise you with an added dealer fee...they wanted $7,000!!! Lot stickers have $3,500. dealer fees listed on them which is absurd. Our salesperson, Tabitha, added $7,000! And said her manager wanted it to be $10,000. When we said that's crazy she said maybe they could adjust it. Unless it's zero, we're walking. She said didn't you see the added cost on the ones on the lot, yes, we had but that was never in the pictures of the ones you sent us that we chose from, nor was it ever brought up and discussed until we're ready to sign. We're leaving, she actually said she wasn't mad at us! lady you wasted so much of our time...gee, thanks for not being mad as us. That's criminal activity. We're willing to buy online or anywhere else to avoid paying their ridiculous fees over msrp.
