Herman, Josh, and Torri were all INCREDIBLE - what a dream team! They were professional, personable, efficient, and respectful.The packing team, done by a DIFFERENT company, ruined a lot of our furniture and other items; I so with the Bonded crew would've been the ones that packed us up - I'm confident that we would've had a MUCH better turnout.Thank you so much, gents! I had a great experience with Bonded in Pensacola. The staff was friendly and professional, and always answered any questions I had. They were also the most cost-effective mover I could find for moving a relatively small amount of furniture and belongings from Florida to Texas. The movers were great too and took good care of my stuff from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!

Ridiculous company. This company backed a company van into my yard, destroyed my mailbox (New home, 3 years old), acknowledged it, then refused to pay for a new one. Our neighborhood has a HOA, which requires the same mailbox. Sent the company the name and where to buy, they refused. The supervisor, then thought it would be funny to be condescending, and say, "would you like me to have the driver come out to your house and apologize?"I informed them that I am a disabled Vet and trying to sell my house... he, again, said oh well... it looked broke before we hit it. What? Stay away! This company absolutely is the worse! Stay away!

I appreciate the assistance with moving my goods from Florida to Alaska. It took a couple of months because there was a lot of people PCSing during that time. However, my goods arrived on time and there was no damaged or missing items. Would use them for my next move.
