I can't buy from anyone that can't answer the phone. Called all the stores in Pensacola 4 to 5 times. All of them pick up and hang up on you before you can say a word. Don't waist your time 😞😞😞😞. Muslim owners?????

I enjoy their phones but when I tried to transfer my moblie data plan to the new phone they were still closed at 10:30 am. The lights were off & door was locked. I knocked but no one showed up.

Tiffany was super nice and helped me with my phone issues super quickly! I had been with the call center for a bit and she advocated for me to switch phone numbers since my phone wasn’t receiving texts Lolol will definitely be coming back, thank you sm!!!

It says “open” and the lights are on but the doors are locked. Second time I’ve driven out here and unable to go in. Looks like a good time to switch carriers.

Be careful when trying to do one of their so-called deals when you switch from their carrier to go to their carrier they're going to charge you at least $60 with three different accessories they don't tell you that I was there I switched the phone paid all my bills got home and the lady had told me to pick out some earbuds didn't tell me I was paying for them kind of eluded that there's part of the deal didn't come out and say they're free I went back the next day I put my receipt and my earbuds she would not return them very fraudulent very scandalous type of a business I would have done it online the only reason I went there is to support the local businesses will never do that again Boost Mobile's a fraud in Pensacola Florida try to call them they don't have a working phone number at any location pretty sketchy company

Nobody is ever in store when you go. They open when they choose to anymore, and it's getting a bit ridiculous. I've been a customer for at least 10 years, and soon, I'm just going to switch carriers. It's just not worth the hassle.

Have been to the ft Walton store three time's today and the light's and open sign are on but no one is there.this has happened before.you need to get someone dependable there, I'm about to switch phone co., am tired of this.
