Save yourself a trip and shop online , the customer service is absolutely horrific and rude... worst customer service I've experienced for a while at any store I've been to.

10/10 do not recommend. If you happen to move to an area that doesn't have service then they will tell you that they'll switch your towers and go ahead and cancel your service for you without your permission, the when you decide to get a new carrier even though they broke the contract they won't unlock your phone that you purchased for over $1,000 because you haven't been with them for a year. You're only options are to buy a new phone or continue with service that you can't use.

We didn’t keep Boost service. Decided to get a free phone through a different carrier. The customer service was really unexpected. Super great. I can’t express how surprised I was. Thank you.

So I wanna give a shout out to Shelby the sales rep who took care of me about 2 days ago I had to port over 4 numbers an she was super accommodating an helpful she was able to hook it up with the 4 line family plan an got us all new phones from our previous provider we were unhappy with an it was just an awesome experience. Thanks again an props to boost mobile an the crew at the chiefs way store especially Shelby!

Went to get a phone at 7:30 pm, on Google it claims they close at 8pm, but when I arrived, they were locking the door. Such an inconvenience.

The worst business the employee was incredible he was a great but the boost customer service online on on the phone wouldn't know how to use a phone much less connect one or make one work or tell you your account number boost Mobile is the biggest con ever do not use boost mobile they will not give me my account number so I can go to another carrier they're keeping me hostage the associate could not even get me my he was very upset that they would not give me 0 my account number

Best experience ever in Boost Mobile something told me to stop in the shop on Chief's Way absolutely the best girl I could ever ask for helps me to the fullest and save me a ton of dough and got me a new phone cheaper monthly bill
