Buggyworx is a business located on Pensacola Boulevard that offers golf carts and Low Speed Vehicles (LSV). They provide sales, service, parts, accessories, and rentals. Customers describe the people as the best overall, with great knowledge of products and a willingness to give a great deal. The experience is smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable, making customers feel like family. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and puts the customer first, making the process easy, affordable, and convenient. They explain how the products work and why an electric cart might be best. Their customer service is outstanding, with the team quick to return calls and great to work with for any questions. Support after the sale is impressive, with the team coming out to a customer's house to diagnose and fix a problem immediately under warranty. This level of service is hard to find. While one customer noted a minor issue with a missing promised part, the overall consensus is highly positive. Customers rate them a 10 out of 10 in all areas, would recommend them to anyone interested, and highly recommend Buggyworx for a golf cart.
The folks at Pensacola Buggy Works have been wonderful to deal with and have performed great on a warranty issue. Jerry Helton has been great to work with when we have needed their services. If we decide at a later date that we would like to get another golf cart we would definitely go back to deal with them.

Searched several places before purchasing at Buggyworx. Their staff was hands down the most knowledgeable about the product and I’m glad I can get my warranty work done here as well.
