I was hesitant at first with all the bad reviews, but I called and left a message with the front desk. Someone called me the next day with an estimate. I went in to order, estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks. They arrived in 5 weeks. The delivery men put the windows and sliding glass door where I asked them to.
