I recently rented something from Buy wise. I had an issue with it, so I went in to talked to Tim, the mgr. I explained the situation and he was very kind and understanding. He fixed the issue immediately without hesitation. He is a great mgr. he actually cares about his customers. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Buy wise on 9 Mile Rd. Tim will not let you down...

Yes, I recommend by wise 100% if you’re dealing with Tim if you’re dealing with the black lady up there and your black of race I do not recommend you dealing with her. I had a $1200 balance I was paying on some merchandise $89 a week that I did not want to pay on that Friday because Monday I was going to pay the whole thing off. She told me no I was going to have felony charges pressed against me. I explain to her that I wanted to wait two days just to do good business and that the merchandise that I’m paying $1200 on there Walmart has it for 599 she told me no and that she guarantee that Walmart doesn’t have it for 599 then hung up in my face and she was 100% right because I turned it back in to them and couldn’t find it for 599 nowhere then I only found it for 399 brand new I explain to her that’s how our kind do each other and that if the white man was on the phone, he would have let me slide and once I talked to him, he explained to me that he don’t understand why she didn’t do it and that she was wrong for that..one thing about our kind, we will always show each other that we will never stick up for each other because we are so afraid of the white superior over us, and I explained it to her but if I was a white man with a suit and tie and came in there, she would of let me slide two days

I have had a positive experience with this center every time I have visited. Both purchases we have made here have been smooth and Tim is very flexible with our needs. We can always depend on him to have what we need and see that we can obtain it. Very great service! Fast and convenient. Will continue to use them for services!

I had a issue with one of the sales guys. However the owner Tim and sales guy Joe made it better! ????I want everyone to know that the owner reached out to me and won me back with how much he really cares for his customers. I will continue to shop with them because Tim and Joe truly care . Thank you buywise for making me a happy customer once again!!!!

!!!DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! I rented from them last year and my experience was horrible!!! I’ve been snapped on by nasty employees, my payments kept getting “lost” so I had to pay again or they would threaten to file a police report. So one day after I got a call from an employee saying my payment was due when I already paid a week prior and they only took my payment over the phone and on my bank statement it showed it took off but I got into it with someone I believed to be the “manager” and told him to come get the product but the person refused stating that I had to bring the product back to the store which didn’t make sense to me because I don’t even obtain a drivers license. So they would could leave notes on my door when I was at work but they didn’t understand that I legally can not drive. I wasn’t notified when they reported the product stolen until the police showed up at my door and arrested me. By that time the product was already in there possession but the police said I already have a warrant so it wasn’t nothing else that I could do. I’ve been going to court, lost my job because the charges resulted in a felony on my background. I AM FURIOUS & THINK THIS PLACE IS A PIECE OF CRAP!

It's a great place to shop if you do 90 days same as cash. The guys that work there are great. They go above and beyond to make life easy and keep customers happy and coming back

Absolute the best! I would give a 10 star rating if I could! If you need a rent to own don't go anywhere else! The staff & the merchandise are top quality all the way around! I cant say enough about this store & the integrity they hold! Thank you!

DO NOT purchase or rent from them ! They posted a 2 piece couch set for $850 & I’ve paid 1600 for it & im still not done with the payments ! They lack to tell me that was a price only good for a while then after it goes up ! They blow you up & harass you about FIFTY DOLLARS ! Let’s not forget to mention , AFTER HAVING THE COUCHES 5 MONTHS , THEY STARTED SINKING IN ! It’s like a flat board underneath ! VERY POOR QUALITY ! After I had 10 payments left & made the payment , 2 week later . When it was time to pay again , I asked how many more payments & of course they said 10 ! They’re money scammers & desperate ! With poor quality USED OVERPRICED FURNITURE! I WILL be getting some legal help about them !
