I used to send my puppy here for daycare but after hearing so many injury stories and bad customer owner interactions I have decided it best to cut ties with this business. I hope things get sorted before worse things take place here.

My dogs were well cared for and exhausted when they got home! I love that they get to play all day!

This facility deserves zero stars, unfortunately that's not an option.Highly disappointed. The communication at this facility is awful, pretty much non existent unless you reach out over and over again. The owners Cindy and Mike are highly unprofessional, unaccountable for actions that happened under their staffs care, and absolutely obtain no sense of ownership whatsoever. Please, save yourself the hassle, trauma, and extra vet bills and go somewhere else!!!

We always use camp bow wow. Our dog has behavioral issues and can't be left alone. Staff is always friendly and makes us and our dog feel comfortable! They've always been forgiving of last minute "life happens" mistakes/scenarios. We're grateful to have them!

Absolutely unique place where pets and their parents are taken care of:Before leaving my dog here for a couple of days, we were given the opportunity to test this place for half a day and our Indy also passed the test. The entire staff is very caring and all the dogs here are physically and mentally healthy, so your pet is in good hands.

I had my pups go there about a year ago and they seemed to always have in for my dog. They told me shes too much, barks too much, is over the too playing. They ended up always putting her in "time out" for one reason or another. I took her again recently, and she had to redo the interview and "failed" because she over corrected a dog that tried to mount her. They said she is borderline aggressive. Please then don't let another dog mount her. She also acted scared once I picked her up and brought her home. It took a while for her to act normal. So I am not sure what happened once she "over reacted" but she didn't act like her self for hours. Never going here again and I will never recommend.

My little guy loves this place. His first time ever at daycare or an overnight stay. He was well cared for, and the staff seem to really love the all the doggies. Will definitely return.

Worst Camp Bow Wow ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. My dog was left in the kennel, I pre-package each meal as instructed and he came home with 4 bags. My dog did NOT get fed. Young adults that do not care. HORRIBLE conversation with the owner that did NOT apologize for the crappy care, couldn't explain why my dog didn't get fed. I was also told I could pick him up at 10:30am - only to find out there was no one there after 10am - and didn't return until 4pm. Which meant my dog spent 6 hours in his kennel with ZERO care from staff.I will go public anywhere I can to spread the word about how awful this place is. This place should take a few tips from the Camp Bow Wow in Naples, FL - they are amazing to ALL customers and pets.Pensacola Camp Bow Wow should be shut down.

Terrible place. They squirt the dogs in the face with water. They also leave the dogs in the keenls. Most of the workers are kids playing on their phones they don't care. The owner is just focused on the money she never sits with the dogs and only dresses them up for the show to make it look good. Too many dogs have been hurt. Complaints to Better Business Berua have been sent. It's not safe certified and because there are mostly kids working there, no one knows how to administer medicine. I used to work there so I saw firsthand what went on.-----Pensacola, Florida 2410 Langley Ave 32504

My dog Coco and I use Camp Bow Wow in Pensacola. We love it there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got training there also from Sam…terrific. The place is clean and fresh and the dogs all seem to have a good time.

Camp Bow Wow is the only place I trust for our fur baby. She did a whole 2 weeks and our groomer did a fabulous job on her deshedding. I love that these options are available.....She is a Montana HUSKY who was forced to move to Florida so you can imagine her relief.

The care our dog experiences every time gives us comfort when we travel and he’s not able to go with us. As soon as he sees his travel bag, he sits at the door ready to go. Dog are a great judge of character and his actions show how much he loves it. We recommend Camp Bow Wow to everyone we know because of the exceptional care they consistently provide.

Dropped off for 2 nights of boarding and a bath. Got my dog back with a hole in her face. Nobody capable adults working there. Didn't contact my emergency number and charged me extra for a bath. Do not bring your animals here. They have no clue what their doing. Still waiting for the " owner/ manager" to call me back about my injured dog . Good to know the kids that work have zero idea how to handle an injured animal
