We stayed at the Candlewood Suites for one night. The hotel is just off I-10 on a busy highway with quick access to gas, food, etc. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and the process for checking in was quick. The hallway rugs were a bit worn and stained but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Traveling with our dogs, the non-refundable pet fee was more reasonable than other properties (but still have issues with it being non-refundable). I also liked the express check out process.

This is my first time staying here. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and have lots of storage. The kitchenette is great, with a full size fridge/freezer.This will be my Pensacola "go to", from now on.Definitely making my 3 week stay a comfortable one.?I do wish they offered a more extensive breakfast, but it's ok.Rooms: Big with a nice sized bathroom and great kitchenette.Walkability: Literally right next to a grocery store, shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Really great staff. Every shift is super friendly and helpful.

Just recently, due to cold weather temperatures, my husband and I had to leave our drafty old model home; and check in to a hotel for a few days. But not just any hotel; it was Candle Wood Suites, NorthCross location. To our sheer delight we experienced a perfect blend of comfort, friendliness, helpfulness, and top notch professionalism from the staff!! I highly recommend this location and look forward to staying again real soon.Sincerely,Dr. Sharon Randall Baldwin

Stain on bedsheets, omg.Rooms: Need to pay more attention to bed sheets. People travel all day and want a clean place to lay for the night and what do you know, soiled sheets. Glad we travel with our own sheets and pillows.

This was my first time staying at this Candlewood Suites. I found the room to be very comfortable and spacious. I had a one bedroom suite with a queen size bed. I am accustomed to staying in hotels that offer breakfast. Candlewood Suites does not offer breakfast. I prefer their way of serving coffee. To me, it tastes better than Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, and Drury Inns and Suites. The man at the front desk explained to me how the coffee maker works. It is highly likely I will stay at this hotel whenever I visit Pensacola, Florida. One thing this kid notices right away when walking into a hotel is unusual odors such as air fresheners and deodorizer. I noticed niether. It took me a while to convince my phone that is the way I wanted to spell neither. I am as American as you can get. I have a problem with the rules of our language.I highly recommend this hotel. One inconvenience is there is not a covered parking area at the check-in area.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! within 10 minutes of us arriving we found roaches in our room crawling out of the bed sheets! So we were moved to another room ( and later found out they moved someone right into that room after we left ) then we found dirty laundry in our room and were given expired milk as well as our tv was not working! The next morning they came and fixed our tv but then the man below us was harassing us for my children playing in our room! Constantly sending employees to tell us to be quiet at 4:00pm saying he was trying to sleep! He had the hotel staff calling us 3 times a day telling us to be quiet! The only reason we stayed was because we had 1 individual named jay that was very kind to us and helping to resolve issues as for the other staff they were very rude!

$250 single queen up to 350 per night!!! The room reeked of fried food. The surfaces need to be washed and filer needs to be changed. The AC won’t condense the humidity so I had to leave window open. Then bathroom door slams into wall, stingy on towels, can hear the person walking around because there’s not enough insulation. Then our room was shaking because people were wrestling or jumping from bed. Front desk weren’t able to get it to stop. If they want to give me some money back I’ll take this down.
