Keto fashions is apparently a woman's clothing store and I'm not exactly sure why it says I have been here although I don't really too much care it seems like a nice enough place although I'm not a woman and I do not where women wear wear women's clothes so I will probably not be patronizing this particular location but if I did I would probably write a much better review so that's all I have for you have a good day

For years, I shopped at Cato, without incident. Today, I went to return a shirt that ripped as soon as I put it on and went to button it. I put it back in the bag immediately, with the receipt. My work schedule and busy hours keep me out of the stores regularly. That said, the purchase was just under 30 days prior. The manager comes to handle my transaction, her tone and disposition were vastly different from what I just witnessed in her interactions with another customer. Her implications were that she has no way of telling that it was a defect or something that was my fault. My retort included the fact that most defects are unidentifiable. He tone was rude and unacceptable. And to be honest, condescending. Vastly different from the experience she was giving other customers. She scolded in a sense abd said this return would be a one time exception. Now I can accept and understand policies and rules. However, there is a way in which you say anything. As she walks off her store associate was also in dismay at how I had been handled and apologized. As I told her, I am not sure what she thinks I look like, but her stereotypical assessment is incorrect, unprofessional, and unwelcome. I will be contacting corporate during normal business hours.
