This place is a rip off. 500 bucks they charged my elderly mother for oil change and tire rotation then wanted 80 bucks for windshield wipers that were totally in good condition. Criminal. Will never buy anything from them. Ever. Oh, and they are supposed to have loaners available. That was a selling point but they never have any when she schedules appointments.

I came in already knowing what I wanted but Kaitlyn really sealed the deal. Super professional, respectful, and knew her stuff. No pressure, no salesy BS, just actually helpful from start to finish. That kind of vibe is hard to come by at a dealership. She made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable. Big shoutout to her and to the dealership for having someone like that on the team.
Zero complaints. 10/10. If I’m looking for another car, I’m definitely coming back.

At first I was very happy. All work completed(except for items deferred). This was the 3rd time they have worked on my vehicle in past five years. Replaced battery 2 years ago under warranty. Electrical problem! Brought in for same problem and maintenance. Nothing has changed but still having electrical problems. Diagnosed this visit with radio connection always ON($605.95 Battery Service). Added Baseline Service $450 , Retighten Rear U Bolts $107.50 , Brake Fluid $233.68, + Tax. Brought my coupon in also (no discount). After checking everything out noticed hood was out of alignment and prop was bent! Showed service writer pictures (just bring it by and we will fix). Easier said than done. All these services on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles? More I think about the madder I get! Chris is my usual Service Advisor. Mitchell was my last. Didn’t have a good feeling after this last visit!

My wife and I recently purchased a used Ford F350 from Mercedes Benz of Pensacola, and I have to say, RJ made the entire process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, RJ was attentive and genuinely interested in helping us get the deal we needed for our truck. He listened to our needs and preferences and guided us through the buying process.
Not only did RJ help us find a great truck, but he also worked hard to get us an excellent price for our Mercedes Benz trade-in. I felt like I was getting a more than fair deal, which is not always the case in car sales.
As out-of-state buyers purchasing a vehicle while on vacation, we had some unique circumstances, but RJ handled everything with professionalism and ease. He made sure all the paperwork was in order and even helped us with the logistics of getting the truck registered back home.
We've purchased many cars from dealerships over the years, but our experience with RJ at Mercedes Benz of Pensacola was by far the best. His knowledge, friendliness, and dedication to customer service are unmatched.

We were charged $400 for an AC diagnostic test which their Volvo Service did not inform us upfront. Poor communication and unorganized, this was a horrible experience.

I bought a CLS450 Mercedes out of town on March 20, 2025, and RJ (Robert Jarman) made the entire process outstanding. He kept in constant communication, sent detailed videos of the car inside and out, and even coordinated delivery to my home in Michigan. RJ picked me up from my hotel to finalize the deal and then treated my wife and me to cocktails afterward—white glove service from start to finish! He was professional, personable, and went above and beyond. I've purchased many cars, but never had an experience like this. Highly recommend RJ—you’ll be in great hands!

Unfortunately Mercedes service has been less than up to par. I called about just changing my tire pressure monitors and they told me it would be 268 just to see what’s wrong. I already knew what is wrong but they would not touch it without paying. Then I stated the last service was not reset on my service monitor thing and again they would not reset it without me paying 268 to diagnose it. (I think that was the amount). Anyway, Had it been reset it wouldn’t have still needed reset but they don’t care. My car was also taken down there for a catch in the convertible top when functioning and got it back with the trunk lid way off. Went back and they said they only addressed a noise in the top? There was no noise in the top though. They again wanted their 268 or whatever to even look at it to adjust the trunk lid correctly, not for the adjustment but JUST to even pull it in the shop. Needless to say my car is still not right. I did go to another small shop and had the next service done after I went the allotted time (car isn’t driven much at all) and they did the tire pressure sensors. It’s a shame though to drive an amazing auto and have the service department not stand behind anything..

I highly recommend working with RJ! He always communicated with me throughout the entire process and worked with me to get the best deal possible for my needs. Prior to him I had other dealerships that sold vehicles out from under me but RJ kept the vehicle I was interested in on hold to make sure that I didn't lose my opportunity. The process was quick and easy. He kept a positive attitude the entire time and I would definitely buy from him again.

Most people know that buying a new vehicle can be pretty stressful sometimes. My wife was ready for a new vehicle and after tons of research, found what she wanted. We called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot and spoke with Austin. Right of the bat, Austin was very accommodating and helped us get the ball rolling on everything. We drove 4 hours to get to Pensacola, and the next morning, showed up to purchase the vehicle. Austin came out immediately and greeted us. Then Robert came out and greeted us. This has to be the most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing our vehicle. Good customer service is always expected when conducting business, but these guys went above and beyond, were very warm and made us feel welcome. Austin showed my wife all the bells and whistles on her new GLC 300 4Matic making sure her questions were answered and that she understood all the functions and accessories. Robert got us through the paperwork process in 20 minutes or it could have been less. Time flies when you are having fun. We were only there for 3 hours, and it didn’t feel like it at all. If anyone reads this review and loves Mercedez like we do, this is where you want to go. They also have a fairly vast inventory of pre owned vehicles of varios makes and models. Super competitive prices and I highly recommend this dealership. Great and amazing people, great service, and a wonderful environment! These guys will definitely be getting more business from my family! The 4 hour drive is inconsequential!

I had previously brought my car to the Mercedes dealership for the check engine light bring on. They kept my car for a week, lied and told me the warranty company won't cover what needed repaired when they actually never called them, and did nothing but charge me $250. I took my car to Pensacola Imports and they had my car repaired and covered by warranty in 2 days! I will go to Pensacola Imports for everything and so should you!!!! Centennial Imports is worthless!
