DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARMENT! Horrible place for service. I specifically told service that if the work wasn't covered under warranty I did not won't it worked on. I did not want to spend money on the vehicle. After I was assured by Dave the work and parts would be covered, I received a call stating it wasn't coved and I owe them 757.00, AND NOTHING WAS REPAIRED. I specifically told them I did not want to spend any money. TOTAL CROOKS. THEFT BY DECEPTION. I paid my bill so I could have my vehicle to drive, but let this serve as notice, I paid under protest.

What an experience we had at Volvo cars Pensacola! Top notch service is to be expected from these extremely professional and friendly experts. Commencing a transaction from individuals like Brian and Brent was nothing short of extraordinary. Brian insured that any and EVERY request we had was capitalized on with the utmost ease. Brent’s expertise and transparency on the financial side of the transaction was an absolute breeze. The highlight of my year came late in 2025 but these guys nailed it. Thank you Volvo Pensacola! Happy to be apart of the Volvo family!

We purchased a brand new 2024 VOLVO in a wonderful dealership in Greensboro, NC. We didn't realize that you would not be given good service when you move to another state based on where you purchased your vehicle. I have had multiple issues with the check engine light coming on. I have always been told this is a major issue and to obtain service right away. When I call to get my car in they want to push you out and it was made clear that I would not be given good service because I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership.
Take your business else wear if you are looking for service. If you have already purchased one, trade in that VOLVO for something more reliable. Otherwise you will be waiting to have updates done so that your check engine light will go off. And if you need to leave your vehicle at the service department, be prepared to have to rent a car because they will not have a loaner for you to use. It is just great to have a new car under warranty and not receive the support you need when the vehicle is not what they promise. That is exactly what we did and we will never own a VOLVO again.

Brought Volvo for power steering update. They did a full diagnostic for $500!
We drove from Ft Walton Beach to pick up (long drive). Found out the back up camera was not working. Happened with their update. Drove home without the car. They fixed it and delivered it days later...

Dealer wanted $3000 down payment to hold a car and was told it was refundable. Asked for it in writing and what we received said just the opposite, NON REFUNDABLE.We received credit card form to pay down payment and it said " I understand the return & refund policy and agree to abide by those terms". Problem was there were no terms listed. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I had an appointment scheduled with the service department to repair a factory recall, on September 1st that I had to wait 3 weeks to get. They called me a few days before the appointment was due and rescheduled me for September the 19th. Instead of pushing me back a couple of days they moved me the the rear of the appointment queue. Wow thanks Pensacola Volvo, that will make the vehicle unusable for over 6 weeks. I’ll buy a Lexus next time!!!

I really like the team there. Their very professional. Although, I was inconvenienced and had to bring my car back several times before my issue was resolved I was not upset because they were friendly and kept me informed. The wait area is relaxing and accomadating. The facility is clean.
