She educated me so much on what would be good and bad for my hair in a way even I could understand. Another stylist even gave me a great suggestion for my brows even though it would mean I wasn’t doing them there, I really appreciated the suggestion and will be giving it a shot! Miss Liv spent all the necessary time with my sister and I and I just really really appreciate it and her hard work, she was wonderful and my hair looks amazing thanks her to her! “I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”
