“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”

Shelby is having a girl and a boy so I needed something that matched. She stopped what she was doing and walked me to a few sections which helped tremendously. She made suggestions which I really liked. It’s so nice to have someone working and is glad to help and go the extra mile. Thank you Taniya.”

“I saw Miss Liv yesterday and just wanna give a big shout out! She was amazing and worked hard on my horribly unkempt hair and now it is beautiful! She educated me so much on what would be good and bad for my hair in a way even I could understand. Another stylist even gave me a great suggestion for my brows even though it would mean I wasn’t doing them there, I really appreciated the suggestion and will be giving it a shot! Miss Liv spent all the necessary time with my sister and I and I just really really appreciate it and her hard work, she was wonderful and my hair looks amazing thanks her to her! Gabriel went above and beyond to find it at another store for me. He made several calls until he found it and took my address and emailed the store so they would know where to ship. “Honestly, these negative reviews are coming from people who do not understand or follow the rules of selling here. This store is very helpful and people need to remember this is a chain store, NOT a small business. Corporate controls prices and how much is offered for clothes you try to sell, not the employees. I have shopped easily here and have found great second hand items here that I normally cannot find at thrift stores. I have never faced rude employees and assume that those who do are the people who are immediately rude first. One day I was behind a lady who, upon not getting her way, decided to throw a tantrum. To my knowledge, the girls behind the counter seemed to be either high schoolers or at the oldest, maybe in their early twenties. While they tried to accommodate her to the best of their ability, that decidedly wasn't good enough for her. There was no need to treat strangers like that! The employees handled it professionally and I felt terrible they had to deal with that awful woman. Props to them, it's always a pleasure shopping here!”
