“The Assistant Manager Eve in the Cordoval Mall store (Pensacola, FL) is fantastic and provided excellent customer service during the sale before Thanksgiving week! She is very sweet and helpful and worked with me personally to find the right pants. I really enjoyed talking to her and would seek Eve out when I return to the store because she has a great eye and wonderful suggestions. I wasn’t crazy about some of the stuff that I bought online, so I brought it back to the store and they made it super easy inconvenient to return. Really cute shop, current style clothes, shoes, and accessories. The CUTEST baby clothes I have seen in a while. I wish I had a baby to by for. Nice private dressing rooms with an awesome mirror in the foyer of the dressing area. The staff was very helpful with ideas of what would look good on me. I recommend the shop. I parked in the back of the building next to the shop. That was the only thing that I was not sure of, since I do not know the area, the shops front is on the street with parking behind the buildings. Definitely worth visiting.”

“A visiting friend wanted to go because she had a coupon. I hadn’t been to a Talbots since about 1999! I’d found their clothing line too conservative for my post-retirement life. Black and navy suits with simple tops, as I may unfairly recall. I didn’t expect much on this visit. But t I wanted to please her. Well, what a change! Great variety of options, color, design. I ended up buying a silver sparkly cable knit sweater and a turtleneck in a great green. The underlying structure of the design is still largely conservative but updated beautifully with vibrant colors and playful/interesting details. I’ll be back, thanks to my friend helping me rediscover Talbots.”

“As for the Cordova Mall’s Hot Topic, I have the greatest appreciation for two of the employees who worked the afternoon of January 21st, 26, as my daughter suffered a POTS episode in the store. It was, “All I can offer is the changing room with a bench, but let me get security to bring you a wheelchair, and we will help you to your car.” Security was in no hurry, but our new friends from Hot Topic checked back with them twice, and made sure my daughter and I got safely back to Sacred Heart where we had been for testing. These two went above and beyond, they were professional, and they were very, very kind.”
