I walked up to the counter with drinks, and the girl shook her head no and pointed to the self checkout. I asked what was going on, and she said they were almost done at the self checkout. I won't be back.

Would normally give 5 stars, because we get slushies every single day. We pay 79 cents for 3 new ones and with my discount we pay 2.22, and for refills we pay 69cents for 3 and with my discount we pay 1.77. Today the Kenmore one tried to argue with me , because she was trying to charge 2.55 with my discount meaning she was trying to charge me full price without my discount for refills. She kept arguing with me about it in front of the other customers, so I proved to her that for new drinks we pay 2.22 by going to the self checkout and paying the regular price instead of refill price. 45 cents may be nothing to her, it matters to me. I definitely say poor customer service.

Very dirty store. The parking lot is full of trash and discarded clothing from homeless people. When you walk in, immediately next to the door is the lotto covered with trash. The floors are dirty, the shelves are jumbled up, the soda fountain is an absolute nightmare. The last three times I’ve walked in I was never greeted by an employee, never talked to one, and twice I had to walk around employees who were busy chitchatting and still never greeted me. Absolutely will not go back in this location again. Clearly no one that works there cares about their job, their workplace, or customers.

The fat green haired cashier was so rude. The restroom was right there locked and I asked for the access. She said there’s no restroom. I could’ve argued with her but I expected she wouldn’t give access to the public. At least be reasonable.

Bathrooms are for employees only. Store doors get locked at 9pm for them to socialize and stare at you. God forbid they make a mistake they’re quick to flip it around on you. By far the worst circle k in Pensacola. They need a whole new crew and management if they allow this nonsense to continue

I could list several reasons I rated this is top five worst convenience stores in Pensacola, but I would say the cashier I encountered was number 1. I understand you hate your job bro and your body language and demeanor makes that clear, but why this guy went out of his way to be rude and passive aggressive. My problem isn't in the fact that the employee had a bad attitude, it was that he lied. Its that or the sign that management posted by every register about the hours cash back is available are wrong. Either way, the store was dishonest, disrespectful, and the employee's poor attitude was unnecessary. I'll avoid this store form now on.

Horrible customer service. Cashier lady is about as rude as rude can be. Asked if there if she had a key to the restroom she told me know that they had lost them and that somebody must be in there. So I waited just to find out if there was nobody in there. Went back to the register and explained her there was nobody in the restroom and she said well you should’ve listen I told you I lost the keys. EXTREMELY RUDE! Went else where to fill up 300 gallons of diesel

Went to buy some cigarettes . Cigarettes where so stale .... Cigarettes from here may not be the best choice. They don't answer the phone there at all had to drive all the way back just for them to act like they don't know anything.

Decent selection of products. They sell hot food and pizza during the day. Most of the employees have decent attitudes.
