I never write reviews but I am baffled at how rude customer service can be. If you need a card reload please do not go here, they have not been taught how to reload a card, clearly. I came yesterday at 9pm to put cash in my chime and the girl at the register at the time told me she didn’t know how to do it for chime, only barcodes for cash app, and didnt want to attempt the chime; she was sweet about it so I said that’s okay! Have a good night. I am here next day exactly 24 hrs, guy at the register literally rolled his eyes and said word for word ‘ Oh my god man…. I dont know why yall come here when walgreens is right down the road.’ I stare at him disbelief and he repeated ‘Walgreens is right down the road!! I’m not doing it I dont wanna mess anything up’. I said okay no problem and just left. Atleast have some decency to be nice … ‘man’.

You know I understand people standing outside the store asking people for money that you get caught you should be ran off you know and I understand that but they're there comes a time when you need something like a pair of shoes when you've been walking barefoot all day when a lady says she's going to be back in 20 minutes to wait right there and then

Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. Only 1 person working after 4pm. Assistant manager parks directly in front on the store for his whole shift. Due to limited parking, it's an absolute nightmare to find a spot to park. Hopefully, things will get better but I doubt it ?

If you literally need something they sell, they'll eventually sell it to you. Employees make it very clear they're not employed to make sales on a timely basis.

I have good results with the morning people. I do have an issue with Amber the store assistant manager. She's always rude and acts as if it's ruining her day to help. I know this store has trouble keeping help. I do adore Clinton that is always pleasant and never acts rude to people ever. Please keep hiring people like him. He should be a manager. He been there 9 months and is the best employee I have encountered. Keep up the good work, deal with the assistant. Thanks. Shannon morton.

This “my store”. Everyone in thier neighborhood has a store that thats “their store”. I’ve been coming to this store FOREVER!! Then clerks are always nice and the store is always clean of debris. Ms. Rosemary (the GM) is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She always has a smile on and is always so helpful and courteous. She takes pride in her work and it shows. A+ Circle K Creighton.

If you care anything about stopping the spread of COVID-19, stay FAR, far away from this place.This store has always been bad. But in the age of the COVID pandemic, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen.The only attempt this store ever made at mitigating the pandemic was installing a sneeze guard for the employees and posting a sign on the door that says masks are required. The sign is especially hilarious, considering neither the employees nor any of the customers wear masks, nor have they ever since the beginning of the year.Social distancing is not encouraged, as they have two registers that are about a foot apart, and have been that way since the beginning.As a final “screw you” to the community and the employees of the store, management removed all sneeze guards in mid October. Now, there are absolutely zero mitigation efforts here. I happily took my business elsewhere.Of course, my attempts to contact management in various ways were not returned. So here’s a review, for the world to see, since you don’t care.You want a superspreader store? You want the virus? Circle K Creighton Road is happy to raise the likelihood of contracting COVID for you and its employees.

Everytime I come to this location. I encounter a bad experience. 1st and foremost because of a recent encounter with a CASHIER, everytime I come into this store i am picked out and watched. Soon as i walk in she tells someone to watch me. I make good money so that's never an issue but to be called out each time I come here is crazy. I constantly have issues with the little fat white girl that drives the red hatchback that works morning shift there and Now I'm starting to have issues with her roommate which is the OTHER chubby white girl that works 2nd shift. I come in and buy my things as normal and she all of a sudden asks for Id, No problem, provided it, she looks at it as if she is studying it then sits it down so I pick it back up and proceed to put it in my wallet when she stops me rudely and YELLS "NO I GOTTA SCAN IT" so I'm looking at her like why didnt you scan it before you put it down but I remember she is just giving me a hard time because of her room mate. Point of the story is, all I want to do is get up grab my coffee and tobacco and go on about my day I shouldn't feel or be treated any type of way when going to the store. I am the customer. I shouldn't be picked out, picked on. Or bullied. Especially when I spend my hard earned money here. I have reached out to corporate and will continue to do so until this gets rectified.
