  Amber was extremely rude. She has not patience or sense of multitasking. She got upset with an elderly man. Very unprofessional no compassion or integrity.

  So this place is both good and bad. The good is that they have a kitchen in the back which makes home-cooked meals with tables so you can sit down to eat. I love that part.
  
  The bad is the self-checkout. The cashiers are supposed to steer at least 60% of the customers to self-checkout. I HATE using self check-out. If they got rid of that I'd give it a 5, despite the tight parking.

  Circle K robbed me. They offer 1.25 per drink and charged me $6.22 for 2 drinks. No refund was given not even a customer phone number to resolve the issue.

  Don't know who was there on 09/18/24 in the morning around 6am but I walked in with my brother to get a drink from the beverage station and as we went to check out we were informed that we couldn't buy tobacco without both I.D we understood but I was a little slow to understand my brother left immediately but I stuck around the counter(I still had a drink in my hand I was daydreaming) but the lady at the counter then started cussing at me and being rude for no reason it was the worst experience in a circle k I've ever had. She needs to know u can't treat people like that. If u can't handle the customer service aspect of a job then find another. The manager was there and all he did was take my drink no apologies on her behavior or correction

  I go there a few times a week and they always act inconvenienced by customers. They do not acknowledge “regulars”
  If possible to give less than 1 star I would. They are the closest to me for my convenience. I will drive further in the future

  I went in and ask for a chicken breast and the girl look at me and said we don't have one really I look right at one she then put up in the box and just threw it on the counter ??‍♀️

  I have held off leaving a review but at this point it’s ridiculous. Why is this location always closed in the mornings? To my knowledge all circle ks are 24 hours so why is it this location and the one further up nine mile (by the interstate )going towards Beulah always closed whether it’s at 2:30am, when a lot of us are getting off work down the road or in the case of tonight at 12:45am. I stopped to get my boyfriend a drink on the way home at 12:45 this morning and they had a sign on the door saying closed for cleaning. When I worked for circle k for a little over 2 years we were never closed unless we didn’t have power. So why is that a thing now especially for something that can be done during the overnight shift( I worked that too) when it’s not even that busy like it is during the day time but they always have more than one person during the day. If that’s the issue than maybe the overnight staff should include more than one person working because to close a 24 hour store that people expect to be open for something like cleaning is not ok.

  Older taller lady with glasses never wants to ring anyone up. She will say “you can use self checkout” gets an attitude when you need something from behind the counter and will have you wait. Very bad customer service and just pure laziness. Next time I go back I will get a name. Same lady from a couple days ago got cussed out by a bunch of people in the store because she refused to check anyone out. They need to get some people who don’t mind doing their jobs.

  The little short lady that works there in the morning is the rudest one person I have ever seen. She acts like you’re bothering her if you ask her for cigarettes or any help. They need to fire her !!!
