I came and purchased some shoes and I had 1 shoe 8.5 and the other was 12. The girl that helped me didn't apologize for the mishap when I came all the way back to the store. I buy all the time, and the last few times I sat and waited for someone to help me. Poor customer service and very slow.

I use to have great service with the company and it might not be with the company but my package was delivery with my item all toss out of the box and it was left at my home just toss to the side of the house, I was very upset about that made me not wanting the product atvall

Made a transaction 6 days ago and misplaced the receipt but was able to show the card transaction and they refused to look the receipt up. Very rude and unprofessional and obviously behind the times if they are unwilling to help a customer who can prove their purchase.
