Nonexistent customer service, just atrocious behavior! Isabella the receptionist and Delicia Straughther the service director were rude and extremely unhelpful; acted as if I was a domestic terrorist. I was kicked out of the building at 2050 W Blount St and unable to attend my appointment due to having a medical exemption; even though there is no city wide mandate for masks currently in Pensacola and the receptionist was wearing hers improperly; legit around her chin with her entire mouth and nose exposed, but that is besides the point. I was told I had to go outside after explaining to the staff I was unable to wear a mask due to my medical exemption. So I proceeded to ask for the packet so I could fill out my application outside on the sidewalk. As I am outside on the ground filling out the application the receptionist is staring out the glass door looking at me as if I have leprosy for several minutes. She then sends out another employee who is the service director and from the jump the woman was abrasive and extremely confrontational. Hovering over me and peering down while I am sitting quietly on the ground filling out paperwork, most definitely not following any social distancing guidelines herself and then proceeded to call me a liar because I did not have my medical exemption on hand. I tried to explain to her that there is no mask mandate currently in the city, that even the sign on there door states restrictions may apply, and that I do not have to wear one when medically exempt. She tells me "even at CVS you have to wear a mask" and proceeds to kick me off the sidewalk and says I can go around to the back of the building and continue my application if I wanted, but that I would not be allowed back into the building for my interview. I explained to her not even their own receptionist was wearing her mask correctly and the Plexiglas window she sits behind has openings and a humongous hole... Of course, that made her seem to make her more enraged. Needless to say, I left the application by the front door and left. Never have I been made to feel like such an awful person simply because I am unable to wear a muzzle in public. It's bad when someone is already at a low part in their life during a global pandemic and humbled enough to ask for assistance and then to be treated so poorly for something that is of no fault of their own. Never again with this program, never again.. Do not recommend!!!

The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy they try to do absolutely everything they can for you. They even fed us a lunch with a drink, even though we said we weren't hungry. All of this despite the fact that we were only going for identifications. They offered to let us take a shower and said that they would give us clean clothes and shoes or sandals to wear. We declined but this is a fantastic place for anyone in need of just about anything. U can't praise the staff and organization enough.

Who are they helping with energy assistance ??? I had been calling that number for a month and couldn't get through. Other people i know couldn't get through.... The US Government give them funds to help people in need but nobody's getting in pensacola. I think they're only helping people they know ,their family members and friends. Now you're saying Cantonment has walk in on Wednesdays... Why no one told me that over the phone
