“Was in town for a few days and when I pulled my laptop out of the bag, the screen was dead. I do my own repairs but I had no tools and I needed my machine fixed. I was hesitant to take it to a repair shop but didn't have much choice. I dropped the laptop off in the morning and got a message in the evening that it was back up and running. The repair charges were very fair, I'm glad I found these guys. Thanks for the help!”

He even knew where my needed item was that wasn’t even on the regular shelf. Then he noted that two of my items I needed were on special sale so I bought extra. He even understood about my specific ink problem. He went out of his way to check the situation and resolve problems. Plus, he was nice, funny and so polite.
