Bought a new dishwasher from Conn’s and paid up front for removal of the old one ($40), as well as installation ($189). They delivered the new one, but just left it in the middle of my living room, pulled the old one halfway out from under the counter then just left it there, and when we call to ask what’s going on we find out they never even scheduled the installation I paid for and it can’t get installed for over a week (they use a 3rd party installer). So I have 2 dishwashers just hanging out in the middle of my living space. I was willing to pay the extra money up front for the perceived convenience, and the promise for installation upon delivery but it ended up being a completely disorganized and inconvenient process. Went with another installer. They also won’t process a refund for unused services they botch unless you come back there in person. Not a great experience.

Just go to TrustPilot website for real reviews from real customers. Tells you everything you need to know. I’m working on a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau due to their illegal lending policies and for selling worthless insurance and warranties.

They put the batteries in all the remotes backwards. Real weird... The new management is great and there is always extra shopping carts available by the door. Sadly they didn't have the coat hangers and shower curtain I was looking for.

The store is nice, and the employees in-store are always kind and helpful. But we’ve been really having a rough go getting our brand new dryer serviced and repaired/exchanged. This issue has been ongoing for 3+ weeks. The repair technician who came to our house was combative, unprofessional and seemingly inexperienced. He informed me our dryer would be replaced. Samsung decided that wouldn’t be the case, and sent replacements for the damaged parts so the unit could be repaired. The same technician was supposed to return today to fix the dryer and we haven’t been able to contact him, and didn’t receive texts to give a time window like last time. Concerned, I called the store. Again, everyone there has been kind and helpful. I know it isn’t their department to handle repairs. I was informed that said technician quit, and because of that we apparently slipped through the cracks and aren’t on the schedule. This whole thing has been frustrating to say the least.

I had previously purchased from this store, washer and dryer set. It was a pleasure to shop there a year ago....I was planning to purchase furniture and new kitchen appliances from them starting with an $1100.00 dresser. When I called about the delivery the rep got an attitude which irritated me he then hung up on me. I have since canceled my order, will not refer any one to them and will NEVER buy another thing from them. Hire better staff....they will cost you more than you are aware.

I went into the Airport Blvd store here in Mobile, Alabama on Labor Day and financed a living room and bedroom set. The day it was delivered the headboard was chipped. I declined the delivery of course and realized I had not been offered to purchase a mattress and box spring. So I went back the same day of the delivery and attempted to purchase a mattress and box spring that was reasonable. The sales associate however pitched getting a beauty rest that was $700.00 more than what I picked out but it was on promo. The promo was that it would come with an adjustable base. I told her that I had been there the day before and had an account. No one took the initiative to look at my account to see what I purchased. If they had reviewed my account it would have been discovered that my bed had storage drawers! I am not a furniture sells associate so I did not know it would not be compatible. So I purchased the beauty rest mattress that came with the adjustable base. Upon delivery of the replacement headboard it was discovered that the bed I purchased on Labor Day was not compatible with the adjustable base. Oh and the replacement headboard was chipped again!! No apologies from the store for selling me a mattress with a base that was not compatible no nothing! No attempt to make a concession for the 700.00 more that I am paying! Just he would give me box springs. So I declined that delivery. Today the third replacement headboard with a set of box springs come. The delivery person opens the headboard and IT WAS CHIPPED WORSE THAN THE FIRST TWO!! So in summation my 38 week pregnant wife and I are paying for a bed set that we are not sleeping in and NO ONE HAS GIVEN ANY CONCESSIONS ON OUR BEHALF. The ineptitude of the Mobile associates is just unreal! The customer service line is should just not exist! I called many times I was told that someone would call me it was a week and no call! And lastly the only reason I was able to get the base and mattress resolved (by taking the box springs but paying more for a mattress because I THOUGHT I would get an adjustable base) is because I called a Conns in Florida!! I can say the two people there seemed to care and did help!! But it was in another state!! We are on the floor while paying for a set that is not assembled up against my bedroom wall!! Totally unacceptable and Conns can not sell me anything in the future!!Lastly MY WIFE IS 38 WEEKS PREGNANT!!!

Horrible customer service when it comes to billing! On the verge of harassment when it comes to their billing. Been on auto-pay for months, then for fault of theirs, they harass you multiple days requesting payment even thou auto-pay set up and they can’t get payment to process.Not my or my banks issue, just a way for them to harass you or try to sell you in-needed things. DO NOT use them, horrible experience, paying account off and moving on!

Bought a full set of appliances and paid in full. Less than 48 hours prior to delivery they call and say they no longer have the fridge it just "disappeared" from their system. To stay in schedule for delivery we had to figure it out that night. Other than sell us the floor model with a dent and scratch on front of unit they offered no solution. We went to store and picked a different fridge that would fit. The manager said she would give discount of $250 and honor all other pricing. So we should have paid an additional $650 ( new $3599 less old $2699) but they charged an additional $1100. They are true to their name, a bunch of Cons.

No one called to tell us it wouldn't be delivered. I called and was told it would be delivered on the 3rd. We never received confirmation if this.My husband called and we were told it would be delivered on the 4th. My husband let them know that the table will need to be delivered after 3:00.Today we fondant received our confirmation that the table will be delivered, but between 10 and 1 00 and if that doesn't work, we will have to reschedule for another day!My husband called and the man in the phone told him that our delivery time had not been set yet and to wait until 8:00 tonight. So, now instead of getting in the schedule for after 3:00 who knows what day it will be delivered and contrary to what we were told, they will not deliver when we can be home.Josh and Alyssa told us when we purchased the table and the guy on the phone told us to let delivery know that we have to wait until after 3:00 but delivery department says they will be here when they decide. Consumer input has not been taken into consideration.

Salesman Dylan was absolutely the Greatest. Verification of Delivery Not so Good, was informed after my purchase I would receive in 30min. However, 24 hours went by nothing. I had to call the store, spk with Management and they touched base with them. Finally on 3rd Day received delivery date which will be tomorrow. Now waiting until next week for install. I hope they have cancellations so they can schedule me in sooner. Pensacola, FL

Ok, initially the experience here was good then once I purchase. That's when the problem started. Paid a good amount for delivery just for them to not deliver on the day they said that they would. Change my del8very day without notifying me. If it wasn't because I call them I would've been waiting for them all day I was very upset called them and there was nothing they could do the truck was full and my new date was 3 days later (we have nothing else to do but to seat at home waiting on Con's to deliver I guess.)

My salesperson was polite and friendly. The store was clean and organized. They have everything you'll need for your home.However, they can't even get the stuff delivered when they said they would, and they don't seem to care they didn't show up when they said and have given me no other options but to wait a couple more days. My home is only 4 miles away, and they can't bring my fridge??? Come on... they let their drivers determine if the product is in good enough condition to deliver. Not a manager, not the salesperson or the customer. The loader himself decided not to bring my refrigerator, but he didn't tell me until two hours into my delivery time. And now I'm stuck with customer service reps who I don't even think work there. They seem subcontracted. I still don't know when it's going to be here. They won't make an exception and deliver asap. I just get told to wait...

The sales staff is friendly and helpful but everything else is a mess. I purchased thousands of dollars in furniture and the piece which was the most needed was never delivered. The billing department is a nightmare and I have yet to receive any statement that reflects correct amounts due or paid. It has been such a hassle I am ready to just return everything I bought .
