We have used Davids team multiple times now for different home purchases, never has there been a hang up, surprise, miscalculation or any issue with a smooth transaction. We sent our kids to him and our friends moving from out of state. Every time has been easy and efficient.

Great team, easy to work with**editing my review due to lack of communication after closing. I emailed David on 09/08/25 asking to confirm who my new servicer would be and received no response, I followed up with another email to David, Debbie, and Glenn on 09/10/25. I finally received an email today from Debbie confirming my new servicer. Additionally I was very disappointed with the “gift” they had me drive to their office for. I spent 5 minutes at my first meeting filling out a “get to know you” survey asking all about restaurants, sports teams and other interests so you can imagine my disappointment when they gave me a wooden sign with my last name and their logo etched in. I had spoken with David multiple times stating I was changing my last name so it was a bit thoughtless to give me something with a name I’m not keeping but I honestly would have looked past it however, I saw their logo was also etched into the “gift” I felt very disappointed. More like company swag that you give to employees. Who wants to display that in their new home. Would have been nicer to get a gift card to my favorite coffee shop (one of the questions on the survey I filled out). Which could have been mailed to me instead of me having to make a special trip to their office.
