We stayed here for one night while attending at concert. The hotel was very nice and convenient to all our activities. It was walking distance to McGuires Irish Pub which was a plus for dinner.Service staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. We had zero issues.I used to travel a lot with my job before I retired and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel at this location was a definite plus and enjoyed our stay.I would recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

This hotel is conveniently located off Route 98! Short drive to Pensacola Beach. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive! The bistro/ bar area is open for breakfast and serves Starbucks coffee- all needs purchased. 24/7 fitness center. Outdoor pool and hot tub open 9am- 10pm is well kept and perfect temperatures! Rooms are standard and comfortable. The beds are a little higher than usual (fine by me but good for people with little legs to know!) Bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, both wash, and two small cleansing bars of soap.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while in Pensacola for a funeral. The hotel was clean and welcoming. I had the opportunity to use the fitness center during my stay and fell in love with the high quality machines! The most touching part of our stay was the staff. We were greeted each time we entered the lobby and by every staff member we passed, to include the sweet ladies who serviced our room and the gentleman who worked in the laundry. At first I thought it was empathy for the sad circumstance for our family reunion, but then realized that everyone received the same friendly service! They made an unthinkable situation bearable!Colleen PAmarillo Texas

My family and I recently came into Pensacola due to a death in our family. The team at Courtyard went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They made sure to locate us all on the same floor, they checked on us throughout the stay, and every time we walked through the lobby they greeted us and were very friendly. As I was leaving to checkout, I found myself on the elevator with a housekeeper who was sure to ask me to come back to visit. I don't think I've ever had a housekeeper make conversation at a hotel before. I truly appreciate the hospitality from the entire staff.

The room was great which is typical of Courtyard. The check in was easy and welcoming. We came and went many times over the weekend and each time we were wished a good morning/afternoon and they always welcomed us back each time. The proximity is close to several restaurants. A block or less and downtown is easily walkable.

The Bistro here needs help! I'd like to provide some constructive feedback so they can improve their service. I ordered the chai tea latte with almond milk and it was stone cold so I had to get them to fix it. The second time around, it was warm but they gave me coffee instead! I have coffee allergies so that was not good. I'm not sure if the staff has not been trained well or if it was because this staff person was by herself and it was taking between 15-20 minutes to place an order and get served. Please get your act to whether before someone gets sent to the hospital! Thank you. I'm not going to try the third time just because I don't want to risk my health!

I was greeted by a smile at the front desk, from a person who claimed they appreciated my loyalty and status. She proceeds to tell me they have me in a room next to the elevator on a low floor. I asked if she could do any better, and she moved me down a few rooms. I should have stayed where I was. The air conditioner was really cold before I went to sleep, so I turned it up 1 degree. When my neighbors woke me up at 4am, I was roasting. I turned it back down 1 degree. It ran for over an hour, and the room turns into an icebox again. By the time it cycled around again it was hot. Paint is peeling everywhere, as is the wallpaper. There are water stains and other signs of leaks. There's a hole in the wall in my room that has been patched once already, badly, but busted out again. The security guard did come put a stop to the party at 4am. I'll give them that much. Otherwise, this place is years overdue for a remodel.

Happy New Year (2021). I hope all of my yelp followers and those reading this post have a safe and prosperous year. When I travel to Pensacola, I have stayed at several Marriott hotels and out of all of them, Courtyard in Pensacola Downtown is by far top notch. Reasons? Great question.Beginning: As a Marriott Bonvoy member, you always get the option to choose your check-in time on or after 3:00PM. Plus you get exclusive perks being a member. I highly recommend downloading the app Marriott Bonvoy. As I was saying, before my expected arrival the day before, Susan took the liberty of sending me an e-mail addressing any questions or concerns during COVID-19. I was immediately blown away by the transparency and made my travel that much memorable. Examples: Wearing a mask, hand sanitizer stations at every corner, and social distancing. Elevators can pose a big problem, but you have a friendly reminder posted everywhere you look to protect yourself and loved ones. Stay: My whole room was clean and ready for my arrival. A friendly note was placed in the room to ensure accountability and peace of mind. In addition, I enjoyed the space of the room and convenient location. For your pleasure, Another Broken Egg Cafe is located right in front of the hotel and you can indulge in a delicious breakfast, lunch, or brunch. If you are visiting for a concert or conference, you are minutes away from Palafox. In addition, if you need to get some gas, a Shell gas station is right next door.Ending: I truly enjoy staying at this hotel and I highly recommended it to anyone looking for an experience. Also, the view of the Pensacola Bay is breath taking. Checking out was less than five minutes with an option for a print or e-mail receipt. You can drop your room keys at the front desk to have a contactless interaction.Happy Yelping,Ricky
