Customer Service at the store is amazing. Alexandra is terrific. She explained everything in detail and said If I still had questions to give her a call. She offered mobile service, i was there for only internet. She was not pushy about the mobile service that caught my eye. She explained the benefits and said If I was interested at a later time to come see her. The internet has been working well. The set up was very easy.

The staff at this store are some of the nicest people I've ever met and very helpful I give them 5 stars but cox in it self 0! I've been with them yearsss an I pay over 300 a mth just for tv and internet. I came to this store to upgrade my boxes I've been to this store 3x cause every box had a problem that they gave me only 1 has worked. The ones I've gotten will only have a welcome screen nothing else I've been told it's a reboot error on cox side now 3rd box it don't even turn on. I'm not paying for someone to come hook something up that I'm capable of doing myself or having to wait around when I work. I'm sure being without cable these last few days I don't even get a discount on my bill. So now I will waste gas an fine again to go get another box to try.. if this next one don't work I will be going to at&t

Richard is a rock star!! When I arrived at the store to return my equipment, I was blown away by the kind, caring energy of this young man.
First of all, as I reached for the door handle, I was surprised to see it open towards me and remain open, waiting for me to come inside. A second later I was met by a smile and a greeting of welcome to the store. Richard showed understanding right away of my reason for my visit and competently and quickly got everything squared away. All while being positive, polite, genuine and authentic. I have had many positive interactions with Cox employees and this one takes the cake by far.
Richard, you are amazing and you are going places! I’ll tell you, you can go wherever you want to go and have whatever you want to have If you keep up your work ethic and continue treating people you meet with such respect and kindness. I’m proud of you and I very much appreciate the inspirational services you provided me today. I wish you all good things in your life!

The MANAGER cancelled both my internet and mobile services when I specifically said I just wanted my mobile cut. They are terrible, and I’ll never go back. I’d rather pay twice as much for more competent customer service

Got a new Modem for new service at a new address supposed to be plug-in play wouldn’t work. I was told it was gonna be $100 for a custom installation. So I canceled the account. There’s too much competition to put up with poor Customerservice like that.

Choose this store &/or Cox altogether as a last resort. I've had constantly spotty internet connectivity for the past 2+ years with them. I've followed all of the troubleshooting tips. I am completely certain that nothing regarding my placement of the router, the cables connected to it, or the jack on the wall is creating the issue. I've even went to this store, where I was lied to by the girl behind the counter. I was met with an attitude of annoyance, as I had clearly distracted her from playing on her phone, so rather than honestly answer my question regarding whether I would be charged for the appointment I'd just scheduled with a technician, she pretended to look up my account on her computer & then said "you probably won't because you have Cox Complete Care".
I left suspecting this wasn't the case as I had no recollection of signing up for this service. Sure enough, when I arrived home & logged into my account I found that I did not have Cox Complete Care, which means that in this case I'd been hung out to dry & lied to - the exact opposite of customer service happened here.
Here's a few ideas - manage &/or discipline your employees! Provide the "powerful" Internet service you advertise! Stop charging people to fix problems with YOUR network that YOU CREATED! Or tell me I misconceived your meaning behind "tomorrow's internet today", & that what that actually meant was customers settling for less than expected products and services. Thanks for your "help".

Dealt with a young man named Richard at this location. Just when I thought customer service was dead, this guy proves me wrong in a big way.
He knew exactly what he was talking about, understood exactly what I needed, respected my time with quick and concise information. Well done Richard! You're overqualified and I hope your company values you accordingly.

Terrible. Outages used to be once in a while now they are several times a day all day. Can't work remotely. Tried to call in several times last week and no one was interested in helping. Just kept saying they were working on the outages in our area. So I called to cancel today and the man just wanted to argue with me on the phone saying they couldn't help me until a technician came out.Why didn't they suggest a technician last week on one of the calls I made then. I even told them I had to quit work for the day because I kept getting logged out. That I was going to find a new carrier. Which I have now done. The customer service rep was very rude and very nosey.
