Patrick helped me and he was amazing.
Cricket, whatever you're paying him, it's not enough. He got my new phone with new number set up and took care of disconnecting my old account with patience and knowledge.

I came up to store employees was nice and friendly but I went to metro pcs and bought a new phone and they wasn't able to cancel my number because there was a port out issue which I feel like Mr Roger should have never ported out my number with out us making a sale or with out my authorization. This situation was taking care of but I will not return to this location. He also tried to sale me a video game which doesn't have anything to do with the business!

Lauren is a great sale rep. She was patient with Mero PCS as she was helping me to switch over to Cricket. I would buy another phone from Cricket because of Lauren's excellent customer service.

Went in the other day to set up billing for my upcoming bill and there was such a nice gentleman working. It was right at the end of his day yet he didn't rush me nor my husband and had a great conversation about our service. I don't like that when setting up Bridge Pay it doesn't tell you online it costs money to save you money but that isn't his fault. I can't shoot the messager. Just not happy about that other than that great place

No good have had nothing but issues with the service by far the worse cell service I have ever had phone is always freezing I pay for 5g phone is a 5g but they want allow me assces to the 5g Network I have me own business and have lost a ton of work due to the unacceptable service they provide. 100% horrible.
