Had my phone stolen and had to come in to get a new one. A woman named Chris made the whole process simple, easy, and speedy. She was super personable and helped me at a time I was more or less panicking and she solved every issue I was having. Please give that woman a raise lol

OMG...Where should I start? Well first off, Kimberly is super amazing! She went above and beyond for me. I switched over from Metro to Cricket with 4 lines and Kimberly helped me every step of the way. She helped me to get the best prices & deals for the phones I wanted and her Customer Service is top notch!! Thank you so much Kimberly for your patience and knowledge, you are awesome!! Was very lucky to be helped by Thalia. She is awesome. She assisted a senior citizen friend and made sure not only she got the best deal. Came in to add a line to our plan. Jose C was amazingzing and welcoming. He walked us through everything and let us know what changes would be made. AND saved us $30 a month by swapping our plan to a new one and dropping our antiquated family plan. All while handling incoming phone calls and going through the motions with the customer service people on the phone for another customer. Multi tasking skills are stellar ? 10/10

Terrible store the clerk told me it was 400 for a 256 phone then gave me a 64 I told him I wanted the one I could get onlinewith more storage same price .... He then says they could refund my money but only 250 of the 400 ....Absolutely terrible go online the stores don’t have the better phones and the customer service sucks beware!!!!!
